The Mohare Danda trek is an excellent choice if you are looking for something short and not too challenging. The trek took us through the foothills around Beni and the scenery was breathtaking, especially the view of the mountain ranges. The highlights included the family stays and interacting with the locals. Although monsoon season meant leeches, our guide was well prepared and managed to prevent us being eaten! I was very impressed with our guide Apar and our porter Nobin. I would not hesitate in recommending this trek to others.
