I have no complaint except for one incident, which was taken care of. The reason I'm sharing it is so it doesn't happen to the next customer. We were scheduled for a 2h husky safari from 14:00-16:30. From your office we we're scheduled for a transfer at 16:45 to Arctic Snow Hotel. Their wasn't enough time between so we were without a transfer to our hotel. We called ahead but they didn't wait. Our sweet tour guide drove us to the hotel and helped us arrange a new dinner reservations for a later time. Other then that everything was great.

It was so much fun. Unfortunately, we didn't see any northern lights, but the trip was still great. Super nice people, the time went by way too fast. Our trip leader Shaniz was great. I recommend this trip to everyone. You'll have a great time.
