What people love about South Korea Tours for Couples
- South Korea Classic 10 Day - One Life Adventures
Saw a good variety of things, could have had an extra night in Busan and the temple stay in the mountains would have been preferred but everywhere we went was authentic and an all round very enjoyable trip.
- 2026 Check-in Korea with Jeju Island in 16days: A Curated All-Inclusive Experience
An amazing tour that was well planned and organized. The hotels, food, guides and itinerary were excellent. I'm still in disbelief of the value I received for the cost of tour. I would definitely redo this tour again in the future. I had a wonderful time in Korea thanks to this tour.
- The Essence of Korea and Jeju Island
So far, we’ve been on three travel tours — two with Europamundo and one with another company — and, by far, "The Essence of Korea and Jeju Island" tour was the most rewarding experience, thanks largely to the exceptional tour guides. Johan Jungtaek Hong served as our Korean-to-English translator on the first day, setting a warm and welcoming tone. He shared thoughtful background information about each site before we arrived and spoke about his family’s history of service to the country, highlighting Korea’s enduring strength and resilience. Since we didn’t know anyone in South Korea and weren’t sure how we’d be received, Johan played a crucial role in helping us feel grounded and quickly find our rhythm on the tour. Seony Kim rotated in at the end of the first day as our translator for the following days, and her dedication was evident from the start. She actively guided us to hidden gems at each site, making sure we didn’t miss a thing. A gifted storyteller with a deep understanding of Korean history and culture, Seony brought each location to life with insight drawn from her passion for history. Thanks to her, we left every site with a deeper appreciation and a genuine curiosity about Korea’s past and present. Not only is she fluent in Korean and English, but she’s also learning Spanish! Although most people on the tour spoke Spanish and very few spoke English, Johan and Seony looked out for everyone, offering to take pictures and answering questions about tour logistics and historical sites. We are incredibly grateful to our tour guides for making our experience in South Korea truly wonderful. Any traveler would be very lucky to have them on their journey. Thank you, Johan, Seony, and Europamundo!

Spring and fall are ideal for couples visiting South Korea. From March to May, you'll see cherry blossoms creating magical settings in Gyeongju and Seoul, with mild temperatures around 50-68°F (10-20°C). September to November brings beautiful fall colors, especially in Seoraksan National Park, and comfortable weather between 60-75°F (15-24°C). One TourRadar traveler told us "The spring cherry blossoms around Gyeongbokgung Palace created the perfect atmosphere for our romantic getaway." Many hotels, like the Lotte Hotel Seoul, offer special packages for couples during these peak seasons. Just try to avoid July and August - that's rainy season with lots of humidity.

The old Bukchon Hanok Village in Seoul is really special too - you can walk hand in hand through streets lined with traditional Korean houses. One TourRadar traveler shared that "the tour was a wonderful introduction to Korean culture and left me wanting to explore more." They especially liked the evening temple walks and coastal views.
What romantic activities can couples do at historic sites?
There are so many special places for couples to explore in South Korea. Take an evening walk around Deoksugung Palace in Seoul when it's beautifully lit up, or spend some quiet time together at Bulguksa Temple in Gyeongju. Many couples love dressing up in traditional hanbok outfits and taking photos in Bukchon Hanok Village. For amazing views, take the cable car ride at Songdo Beach in Busan around sunset. If you want to splurge, the Grand Hyatt in Jeju gets great reviews from couples for its luxury amenities. As one TourRadar traveler said, the evening atmosphere at these historic sites is really magical.
What are the best romantic dining experiences in South Korea?
You'll find lots of cozy dining spots perfect for date night in South Korea.
