What people love about touring Turkey solo
- Solo-ish Turkey
Great trip! Only being in Istanbul on Sunday we didn't get to do the grand bazaar so that was a let down.
- Absolutely Turkey (Small group tour)
Great Guide, our guide was able to get us whatever we needed, and went over and above to make our trip fantastic.
- Turkey Classics Tour
This was a great tour of places in Türkiye that, having read about them, now have greater meaning. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and explained the place of the various locations in the broader scheme of the history of that part of the world. That said, be prepared to absorb a lot of information as understanding the relationship between the various sites will add to your experience. Also know that there will be a considerable amount of walking on uneven surfaces (some of the sites are still active archaeological sites) - so be prepared. Depending on the time of year it can be quite hot - so carrying water is essential. Thoroughly recommended.
