Northern Lights of Scandinavia - Small Group (Small Groups)We were very fortunate to have had a spectacular Northern Lights show on Sommarøy Island. However, we were lucky to have made it! Our vouchers were never sent to us and we had to find contact details and talk to two companies to get what we paid for from our first hotel. Additionally, the information provided said to meet at the hotel foyer to meet the guide and we learnt what we purchased didn’t have a guide when we finally got through to the company. Finally, the shuttle timing was not well aligned to hotel check in and check out times which meant we spent a lot of time sitting in the hotel foyer. So for the money paid, poor communication and organisation put a damper on this experience. Next time, I would organise this myself and save the expense.
