The Wonders of WalesOur goal was to get a flavour of Wales, our first time here. From breath-taking scenery, to castles to cathedrals, we loved seeing a vibrant culture full of history, intrigue and beauty. Our guide, Francis, was exceptional, trying to meet our every need. The itinerary was full, varied and interesting.

The small group size made a real difference, as it gave everyone the chance to get to know each other and created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere throughout the trip. A special mention has to go to our tour guide, who was one of the highlights of the experience. He was warm, approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about everyone in the group. He made a real effort to include everyone, ensured no one felt left out, and always checked that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. His enthusiasm, local knowledge, and sense of humour made the journey even more enjoyable, and helped create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. I also really appreciated the flexibility of the itinerary, which made the experience feel more relaxed rather than rushed. The places we visited were beautiful and interesting, offering a great variety of scenery and experiences. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the accommodation location on the second night. We arrived after 5 p.m., and the town was extremely quiet, with most places already closed, so there wasn't much to do during the evening. Choosing a livelier overnight stop, or arriving earlier, would make that part of the trip even better. My only other suggestion would be to make the tour a day or two longer—it was so enjoyable that I wasn't ready for it to end! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I came away with wonderful memories. Thank you to our guide and everyone involved for such an enjoyable trip.
