The whole trip was a truly exceptional experience. I also was able to ask for an amended tour to the standard one offered and this was possible. I appreciated this flexibility very much. It would have been nice to have a tiered approach to hotels, meaning a client could choose a more affordable lower tier option or a more premium option. Although I don’t know how feasible that is. I also found that I had plenty of free time, which is always appreciated to a degree, although perhaps at times we could have left the hotel later and so had a more relaxed breakfast, or had more activities planned during the day if we are leaving earlier. Overall, a wonderful experience with exceptional customer care. I would recommend.
