Anna, our guide, was excellent. She was very informative, knew her history of the area very well, had a quick wit and a great sense of humor, was so calm no matter the situation and treated everyone within the tour with courtesy and equal. Our driver, Steve, was tremendous and the calmest driver I have encountered, no matter the lack of space at times. Both made this trip a wonderful experience! Thanks for having us on the tour! I had a wonderful time, such beautiful scenery, historic destinations, good accommodation, good food, (being a vegetarian, it was heart warming to see Pete going out of his way to make sure I got good meals wherever we went) I would have loved more time in Stratford upon Avon as I couldn't visit Anne Hathaway's cottage and see the whole of the play being staged in Shakespeare's birthplace gardens.

The itinerary was excellent overall including most of the highlights of each country we visited. Our hotels were generally very good with excellent locations and comfortable rooms. Some of the optional experiences should have been part of the tour itinerary such as the tour of the Cardiff castle, since otherwise there would have not been much else to do. We were also disappointed with the Liverpool optional Beatles tour. We expected to see the first homes of the Beatles among other sights. Our tour director Peter Staff was excellent with knowledge of local sights and history which added much to the tour. Our bus driver Gary was also excellent.
