This is my second retreat with Samira and I can't say enough about them! Not only is she an incredible person but offers deeply personalized plans to help you become your best self and achieve your goals -- all while exploring a stunning location! I never felt pressured to participate in the entire daily program (but was very glad I did!). Roatan is spectacular with great scuba and snorkeling experiences at a property that is completely surrounded by the national park so you can really focus on enjoyment and progress without hustle or bustle.
