This was my first organised tour abroad and it was absolutely fantastic. Having everything organised, sorted and booked for you is great and you can definitely sleep knowing you are in safe hands. Khao Sok National Park is unbelievable and is something that would be much more difficult to book on your own. Hands down would recommend!

The 9 day intro tour does not include an elephant experience or go to Phi Phi Islands, so definitely make sure you do those as well while you are in Thailand. Intro Travel has an extended version to Phi Phi if you do not want to plan that on your own.

My tour guides, Jess and Martin, made this trip even better. They are respectful and always make sure you're safe, but also engage with everyone on the trip to help them enhance their experience. If there is one thing you should do be before you die, it's this trip.

We got to stay in floating bungalows in Khao Sok National Park, which was incredible, and something most backpackers don't do if they visit Thailand. The Sarana Bungalows are beautiful and all the staff there are amazing. Our guides Jess & Martin are awesome, and always looked after us and made sure we got the most out of the trip.
This is my second Intro Travel trip and I can't recommend it enough! Thank you guys :)

However I was pleasantly surprised and can honestly say it has been one of the best tours I have ever taken. The expertise of the guides Jess and Louie was second to none. If Thai Intro experience could be likened to Game of Thrones in any way they would be the Daenerys and Jon Snow, with their support and contacts. The group was always in good hands and the activities were always engaging for everyone. I for one have never seen an evenings entertainment centred around a cardboard box! Awesome places where visited, great memories made and I’m sure some friendships made in the group will last a lifetime. I highly recommend - give it a go - you won’t regret it.

This trip was my first time travelling alone and although I was really excited, I was also extremely scared and nervous about what the people would be like, both local and on my trip, how I would find hopping from place to place, my security etc. The team at Thai intro were so accommodating and helpful even before I left for the trip and have really made it an unforgettable experience. It was really nice to be able to just get up every morning and have all your activities, transport etc. sorted and help for when you wanted to do your own thing in your down time. I always felt safe at all the accommodations and they really were carefully chosen to give you the best experience possible! I have absolutely loved every single second of my time here in Thailand and would advise anyone even slightly thinking about doing the Thai intro to just book the ticket!

The tour was great, taking you to the main attractions but also a few lesser known ones like Khao Sok National Park which was amazing. The leaders were great, answered any questions you had and made sure everyone had a great time. The help with future travel was also really good for both solo and groups of travellers! Would highly recommend Thai Intro to anyone.

We stayed in incredible places - if I had to choose, my personal favourite had to be Khao Sok National Park in floating bungalows. Highlights were going to the Skye Tower in Bangkok, and the elephant experience in Koh Phangan - Louis, one of our reps, gave me a piggyback through the rainforest after I slipped in a pile of elephant dung! 5* for that!! Thank you so much Intro Travel for such a wonderful experience!

Louis and Jess were amazing. Super down to earth and so so fun and knowledgable about thailand and everything we did. I celebrated my 25th birthday at Khao Sok and I will literally NEVER forget it. The whole group made sure I had a birthday of a lifetime. Bangkok was sick, super cheap massages & awesome nightlife. The overnight train was one big slumber party and honestly pretty comfortable. The sarana bungalows was my absolute favourite place. Currently sitting by the pool sipping a gin & tonic looking out at the ocean..just finished an amazing massage on the beach. Make sure to get th jack sparrow coconut drink on the beach day at Koh phangan! So good. It's honestly going to be so so hard to say goodbye to this group. But so grateful to have made so many great friends. The elephants were amazing and I love that Intro travel works so close with ban thai, the santurary, to eduacate them on the proper treatment of these gently giants. They are beautiful. If you are thinking about doing this trip, just do it. If you're worried to travel alone, don't be. You'll make a whole set of friends you'll hate to say goodbye to.

I love that there’s been experiences on the tour that I probably wouldn’t have known about or had the chance to experience if it wasn’t organised by the Intro team. The tour, the activities and my connection with my fellow group members completely exceeded my hopes for this trip. Many people book this tour as part of a gap year or SE Asia trip, but thai Intro was the bulk of my holiday and I had the best time. The tour allows you to experience a lot of the highlights of the country with a chill day placed perfectly within the tour. My only regret is not booking the twelve day tour, but regardless, the nine day tour was amazing and we all got a lot of help figuring out our onward travel. Thank you to Jess and Louis for being legendary tour guides and making sure we weren't worried about a thing. Bali Intro and Oz Intro are now on my bucket list because of my experience with you guys.

The. Tour is fantastic, it has a really good balance of fun activities as well as personal free time so you didn't feel constantly tired. As soon as you get to Thailand you meet your facts tic leader and a group of similar minded travellers that makes the tour an amazing experience. The group leader is really helpful everyday and let's you know what's happening at every stage without bombarding you with information. They also help you with onward travel which is a massive help as we hadn't done this before leaving home. The highlights of the tour were definitely the day in Khao Sok national park on floating bungalows, with fresh turquoise water in the most stunning location. Another highlight was the boat trip with snorkelling in Koh Phangan, a walk to a waterfall and enjoying beautiful beaches around the island. Overall the trip has been really enjoyable and the travelling between the places has been easy and without stress. The reason we did a tour was because we wanted to come away and not have to worry about anything or plan any activities and is hasn't disappointed! I will definitely be booking with Intro travel again from such a fantastic first experience with them! The people who organise the tour know Thailand really well and look after you well, than,s to Jess our Group Leader who organised everything for us and was such a fun person to travel with. We've both travelled a lot before but I can honestly say this was one of my favourite travel experiences yet, I was a little bit worried about booking onto a tour. However I'm not looking back, and will be doing many more tours in the future. Having never been to Asia before this tour is the best introduction to a very different country and culture. You get to experience so many amazing experiences and activities, you meet an absolutely beautiful group of people from the start to experience it all with. Not only that but you have a fun, amazing, knowledgable group leader with you all the way. Some stand out things for me on the trip were the cooking class in Bangkok, the tuk tuks, temples, nights out, seeing the elephants, boat trips, and of course the beautiful Khao Sok national park. I enjoyed myself so much I've booked onto the other Intro tours, Bali Intro and Vietnam Intro. If you've never been to Asia before and are not sure on where to visit in Thailand, this trip has it all. Everything is organised for you and they even help plan your trip back home or elsewhere. So much included for the price and which I was still over in Thailand! Thanks to Jess, my group leader and everyone else I spent time with!

This was an amazing experience. I like how the trip covered different parts of the country and combined cultural sightseeing with island relaxation and water sports. I like how the trip covered different parts of the country and combined cultural sightseeing with island relaxation and water sports. It's hard to pick a favourite day...but I think the day at the floating bungalows at khao sok and the first day relaxing at Sarana followed by the beach party at night were my favourite days. Jess and Conor were wonderful group leaders and friends! They went out of their way to make sure our trip was spectacular and fun-filled. I will definitely recommend Thai Intro to my friends and will hopefully be back for other trips.

Jess went above and beyond to assure we were all safe whether we were on trips together or going on our own for the day. She gave us the instructions for the day either the night before or the morning of which made it easier for us to remember what we needed to do and what we needed to bring for the day. They also helped us plan and arrange our travel and stay beyond our tour. They were in contact with us before our actual traveling day which made us more relaxed on what to expect. The trip was so good that we already put our deposit down for our next trip with Intro Travel to Bali. Thanks Intro Travel for a great vacation and a great experience.

It’s hard to pick a highlight of the trip as this was such a lifechanging experience, but it I had to pick I would say it would be Khao Sok National Park, where there’s no servic and many lizards, but amazing cliffs and alcohol while hanging out in a tube or kayak. Another highlight would also be elephants, I cried! Shout out to our tour guides Jess and Lucy, and can’t forget Dave, Rosy, and Steve (the Sarana animals) who all just made this experience the best thing ever. I would have gotten lost in Khao Sok otherwise lol.

The accomodation were all to a good standard for the price of the trip, they were clean and comfortable for the short amount of time you spend in your rooms. The floating bungalows is one I will especially never forget. Transport is a very different (but all part of the experience!). The tuk tuk is my personal favourite.
I'm really glad I chose to do my tour with Intro Travel, you will never be short of new things to try and will make memories that will last a lifetime!

After doing the 9 day tour, we just had to do the phi phi island tour add on!

As a girl who only gets 4 weeks a year to go on holiday this was perfect for me. I got to experience everything Thailand has to offer from fantastic hosts who know it best. There was so many highlights for me, things I would never get the opportunity to do. The over night train was so funny to the group meals every night where stories were shared from all walks of life. We had so many different people from many country's, long chats at the bar, beach or pool were just a way of life for 9 days. I was very nervous about going to a country outside the EU and not knowing the language and Jess and Britney took the worry and stress out of it all. I think I speak for the 27 of us when I say thank you for making memories to last a life time. I lost myself and found myself a hundred times over in Thailand October 2017

My favourite part of Bangkok was seeing the temples, especially the bigger one we went to - seeing the giant Buddha. Khao sok was a pristine paradise. Whether it was the absolute madness partying on the streets of Bangkok (which involved conquering my fear of bugs in a big way), learning to backflip in Khao Sok, or having one of the gnarliest pool parties ever at Sarana every bit of this trip lived up to the hype. Our guides were go lucky adventure guys who had a blast right along with us but were happy to help out if a real situation ever presented itself.

We travelled south on the overnight train which had aircon and then stayed in the National park which pretty much blew my girlfriend and I away! I couldn't of asked for a better trip. The balance of culture, comfort and adventure really made it something special. I would highly recommend doing this trip and we are now looking forward to our next trip with Intro Travel in Bali.

The tour itself is fantastic, from transport to hotels to activities, I never felt unsafe or like I was missing out on something. The hotels have been clean, transport has been on time and excellent and the activities have exceeded all expectation. I feel very lucky to have seen some amazing things. Jess is very knowledgeable and was always happy to provide answers to our questions or point us in the right direction for an answer. We met some other group leaders at Sarana who seemed wonderful but I don't think I would have had the same experience if I hadn't been in Jess' group. I would recommend ThaIntro or any other Intro tour to anyone looking to travel in the future.

We've had a variety of accommodations many of which we wouldnt have had the opportunity to stay in had we not booked through Intro Travel.
I've had so many unforgettable experiences such as visiting temples, bathing elephants, staying in floating bungalows, boat trips, massages, yoga on the beach, cooking delicious Thai food, visiting food markets, and staying in an overnight train.
The tour reps have gone above and beyond at every stop and also helped us with all our onward travel and ensured we got to our next destinations safely.
Had in incredible time and couldnt recommend Intro travel and Thaintro enough!!!

Room was filled with ants, lizards and cockroaches. Jess our tour leader was a fab tour guide. My cousin had to go to hospital early morning on the first day and Jess got up at the crack of dawn and got us to the hospital. She was also very enthusiastic during activities and at night.

I truly expected better accomodation for the money we paid,most of them did have no air condition or it did not work. The location of the bungalows on Koh Phangan was nice,but the bungalows themselves were dreadful.
They did not change the sheets once,so you had to lay down in the sweaty sheets again and again.
I think on other tours they offer more and longer activities. Most of them did only last 1-2 hours per day. I think the tour was much to expensive for what we got,as accomodation and transport is quite cheap in Thailand.
They also overbooked the tour,37 people is way to much,not even the tourguides were able ( or wanted) to talk to everybody sufficiently.
I would totally not recommend the tour to people who just want to relax from work or learn about the culture.
As it's all about bucket drinking it did not feel like Thailand,it rather felt like Magaluf or Newcastle.

Definitely a good experience for solo fun loving travellers, the party didn't really seem to stop! I came as part of a group for a fairly relaxed holiday so it was a bit much but all in all I'm glad I took part. The elephant experience and the floating bungalows in particular were fantastic. I've now got more ideas of what to do with the rest of my holiday.

Auch die Unterkünfte waren in Ordnung, jedoch hätte ich mir eine Klimaanlage gewünscht, da wir immer sehr hohe Temperaturen hatten und die Räume in der ganzen Zeit nicht ein einziges Mal mit der Klimaanlage ausgestattet waren. Auch würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Gruppe nicht so groß ist. Mit mehr als fünfunddreißig Leuten verschwendet man viel Zeit durch warten, da die Gruppe immer durch zwei geteilt wurde. Das Beste an der Tour war der Besuch bei den Elefanten und das schnorcheln auf der Insel koh Phangan. Alles im allem ist die Tour weiter zu empfehlen, wenn man seine Reise gerne schon organisiert hätte, da man sich so keine Sorge um die Organisation machen muss. Da Asien jedoch sehr günstig ist und wir nun nicht in den besten Hotels geschlafen haben kann es günstiger sein auf eigene Faust oder mit einer anderen Gesellschaft zu reisen.

After talking to a couple friends who traveled to Thailand through ThaiIntro in February, I decided that traveling with ThaiIntro had many benefits and that I would have an amazing time here. I did not know exactly what to expect for this trip, but I am leaving Thailand extremely eager to come back because of my tour leaders. Jess and Jack were amazing leaders/friends & made my experience in Thailand unforgettable. The both of them brought such positive energy to our trip and made sure all of us had the best time during our time here. I am so happy I decided to travel with ThaiIntro and so grateful to have had Jess and Jack as my leaders!!!

I absolutely loved all of activities we did especially all of the sites we saw. The views were incredible and thiantro did an amazing job of organizing each day so that they were very unique. My favorite was staying in the floating bungalows and the journey to get to them was unreal. Jack and Jess made my experience one to never forget. I loved how they got to know each person in our group and were so enthusiastic about everything that we did! There was never a moment were I didn't see them smiling. They took care of everyone in our group and made sure we were enjoying ourselves to the fullest. I highly recommend thiantro and touring with jack and Jess because they are the best!! ! I got to know some amazing people from all over the world. I will definitely be coming back to Thailand because ThaIntro, Jack and Jess made my experience so amazing!

I was quite nervous as I was travelling by myself and didn't know anyone. Our tour guide were Jack and Jess and they exceeded every expectations that I had. They were always helpful, knowledgeable and also made you feel comfortable straight away. To handle a large group like ours could have not been easy, however, they made it look easy. They even helped booked our onward travels. Definitely recommend!

When we first arrived, it was Thai New Year and the tour itinerary was adjusted so we could participate in the city wide water fights - that was pretty groovy. The cultural visit to the temples was re…When we first arrived, it was Thai New Year and the tour itinerary was adjusted so we could participate in the city wide water fights - that was pretty groovy. The cultural visit to the temples was really interesting and the Mario Kart tuk tuk ride back was cool. The cooking class the following day topped off an amazing time in Bangkok. We then got a weird but neat overnight train which despite having air con colder than Antarctica, it was really cool (pun intended). The floating bungalows were the highlight for me and the food there was the best of all the meals included. Sarana bungalows is an awesome place and it was great to have a chill out day and catch up on some sleep after a lot of travelling. The snorkelling trip felt like a lot of time was spent on the boat for how much time we spent swimming and the meal included didn't fill me up, but seeing the fish was amazing. The elephants were really impressive and I couldn't fault that trip. Overall, I'd definite consider doing another Intro trip ☺️

First just let me say travel never runs smoothly, but anything that came up was handled by our tour guides and most the time we never knew it was a problem. I also want to take a moment to say that our group was comprised of 41 girls and 3 guys. There were a lot of different personalities and travel types: party, photos, cultural, nervous, and many more. Not only did our guides manage to make sure everyone's needs were met, they also took the time to make sure we did things out side of the tour that we would love. Also we came across some other tours and their guides were awful. They made their group cry, and yelled at them. Our guides never lost their patience and always made sure you got home safe. They made sure you were having fun but always safe. Also in case this all sounds boring.... They can also party with the best!!! Trips can hinder on how good a guide is and this tour was definetly at its best because of ours.

Both Jack and Jess have a warm personality and are highly motivated. The atmosphere with them makes you feel comfortable and like you are at home. They were unbelievably helpful with finding and guiding me to eating the right kind of food in respect of my medically required diet which was my biggest worry coming to Thailand.
As well as this, they're very supportive and worried about the welfare of everyone in the group.
The accomodation was pretty good, for me though, I was always the unfortunate one to end up with some kind of bugs on my bed.

We travelled from Bangkok south to Koh Phangan via an amazing national park where we stayed on some bungalows on the water. What an incredible experience it was. Our group leader Jess had everything covered from start to finish. I cannot recomend this trip enough to friends and family. If you considering visiting Thailand and don't have time to stress about it yourself...jump on this trip and you won't regret it. Thanks Jess...your the best!

It started that I had a view problems with my flight and couldn't get better help with it from my tour leader Jess! The Transfer from the air prot to the guesthouse was also perfect. The guesthouse is just lovely and the location is perfect to explore Bangkok. The 3 day in Bangkok were just amazing and it was a perfect mix from seeing the city, get to know the culture, good food, relaxing and parting!
The night train was an awesome experience and the view on the boat trip in Khao Soc. to our bungalows was just stunning! That day was for me the highlight of the trip. On the next day we arrived at Sarana. The feeling is here just amazing. Jess helps us everywere she can and gives here best to make the trip as good as possible.
All in all just an awesome trip with nice people and amazing places to stay!

Overall tour was brilliant, only point I could make is accom needed a little TLC in places. Highly recommend the tour as it feels as though your their longer as you do so much.
