Great tour because of the people. Guide was very unprofessional, didn’t bother getting to know many on the tour. Guide was very unprofessional, didn’t bother getting to know many on the tour. Recommended restaurants which they have partnerships with and oversold/mis-informed the places we went to. E.g saying there’s vegetarian food when the only option was a starter salad.

The islands and nightlife are quite nice, but nothing spectacular. The heat was the biggest - and a massive - con. We didn't have AC and the fans didn't work properly and half the time. I would definitely not take this trip again - was often bored as the trip is centered around swimming and the towns don't have much to explore - and woke up sweaty several times a night. Most people went up to the top deck to sleep, which is dangerous when we are docked at ports as random people can/have come on board... Tired often from the heat and drinking. The food was alright - not bad but could get better value for money at restaurants.

The prepared notes (very beautiful drawn) and the area knowledge she shared kept me in the loop and on time to make sure I got the most out of each destination. I'd be incredibly lucky to have her as my guide again in the future.

All I can say is that Croatia has been my favourite place and it wouldn't of been the same if Tammy wasn't there showing us around and introducing us to the locals. I also celebrated my 24th birthday on this tour and Tammy gave me the best birthday I've ever celebrated. Thank you Tammy you are a super star!! I'll give you 100 stars out of 100.

I got to see SO much and everything was amazing from food to accommodation to our fabulous coach driver Joao Chaves. One huge factor that made the trip AMAZING was our tour manager Tammy Coetzee. She was a bubbly, high energy, organized, knowledgeable, and such a fun tour guide. She would hang out with us late but always be the first one up in the morning to make sure everything was in order and that too with a smile on her face. She always made sure we were entertained on our drive days and always made sure she gave us a little lesson on each country/city when we entered. Tammy ALWAYS had an answer to any questions we had and if she didn't know something, she always made sure to find out and let us know. I never doubted for a second that we couldn't count on her. I can honestly say I trusted her with my life. I could go on forever about Tammy but even that wouldn't be enough. The tour was amazing, the people I met were amazing, and Contiki staff were amazing. Only thing I wish is that we got to spend more time in Munich! Otherwise, amazing:)

Tammy was an excellent trip leader, immediately breaking the ice on the first bus ride to Amsterdam. Her enthusiasm for every place we visited was infectious and any time we wanted a recommendation for our free time, she was an amazing resource.
