Great trip showcasing the highlights of Ecuador. We weren’t aware of how long the journeys would take from each place.
We were kept updated before the trip with detailed information.
It’s not even worth one star , most unsafe tour middle of jungle whith the most horrible raisist people who only treat you well if you Spanish speaker ,

First of all there is no clean water for you just muddy river water for your shower . Secound no power no wife no reception at all only from 4 o’clock to 5 .
My roof was licking so bad due to rain but unfortunately they had no empty room to change my room and end up to make me to leave the tour at secound day and the didn’t return my 1200 $ money . They charge me for transportation but they didn’t provide me any type of transportation, they left me by the road middle of jungle where I could be raped or killed or ingerd by animal . Pleas do not book Nicky lodge at all . There is many lodge that can make your travel amazing . Also this lodge had promotion for ecuadorian people for 100$ and full of people who singing and clabb and play guitar all time whith loud music and destroyed the nature by their song. Pleas give favour your self and avoid this company.

Diego went out of his way to retrieve and send our delayed luggage to Galapagos and deliver to our hotel. He made our holidays very enjoyable and stress free. We felt taken care of. Loved our tour in Galapagos. Very interesting and diverse with many activities.

The instructions were not clear where and what time to meet our ride. From the easy pick up from.the airport to the drop off everything was well organised. The guide for the private tours was excellent although with hindsight leaving the sunset trip to the last night is…From the easy pick up from.the airport to the drop off everything was well organised. The guide for the private tours was excellent although with hindsight leaving the sunset trip to the last night isn't a great idea if it's cloudy. Maybe that could be more floating. The English/Spanish guide for the group trip was also amazing and brilliantly enthusiastic nothing was lost when he switched languages.
Thank you. Everything went super well and as planned. The vacation was wonderful and our contacts Joseph and Alvero in Ecuador were fantastic.
