I have a food allergy I felt safe and secure travelling with Sophie as her support in restaurants allowed me to eat confidently. I would highly recommend this trip to others and will definitely be doing more trips with Intro

There was even time to explore on your own on certain days. Our lead Sophie always showed up with a positive attitude, providing information and insight about the days and the different activities that were planned. Also showed calmness and enthusiasm towards each activity, lead the group in time for each destination. Would 100% travel with intro again. Thanks to the wonderful lead Sophie made me feel safe during the trip and excited to visit many more destinations with intro!

Not only were they informative, well organised and super helpful, but they also made the trip so much fun! Their positive energy and enthusiasm shined through, creating a lovely atmosphere with all our group that made every moment enjoyable.
The organisation of the trip was top notch, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. The itinerary was well planned, allowing us to see the best of Thailand without feeling rushed.
The restaurants chosen for our meals were fantastic, offering a delightful variety of local cuisine that truly showcased the flavors of Thailand. The hotels were brilliant as well, providing comfortable accommodations that made us feel right at home after a day of exploring.
Overall, I can't recommend Intro Travel enough for anyone looking to experience Thailand in a well organised and enjoyable way. It was a trip I will cherish forever, and I cannot thanks Sophie and Zoe enough.
This trip was something I knew was going to be out of my comfort zone. I couldn’t have asked for a better group leader. The people really made this trip the amazing experience that it was. Travelling isn’t something I would normally do but if I knew my next experiences would be like this, i’d do all the intro trips without hesitation.

I did the Thai 18 day intro and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. All of the accommodation was comfortable and was mostly twin rooms with air con and en-suite apart from occasional ni…I did the Thai 18 day intro and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. All of the accommodation was comfortable and was mostly twin rooms with air con and en-suite apart from occasional nights in floating bungalows, jungle trek etc. All of the hotels felt safe and secure to leave your belongings and the majority had safes for passports etc. Everything was very well planned and followed the online itinerary and it was great that most meals were pre booked for us so we could socialise as a group and not have to worry about where to eat however you are also free to do your own thing if you wanted! The included activities were brilliant especially the boat trips in Phi Phi which were definitely the highlight! I felt there was a good mix of full on activity days as well as free time to chill or do your own activities. The jungle trek was the only activity I was slightly apprehensive about however it ended up being one of the best nights and we strengthened the already amazing bond between our group even more. Every time we reached a new destination our amazing group leader sent a message with recommendations for wherever we were so we were never short of things to explore. All the transport between places was seamless and although there are quite a few travel days they fly by. The only downfall was myself not bringing earplugs for the overnight train as they are definitely needed🤣. Our group leader Sophie was honestly the best person I could have asked for to support us on the trip. If you have Sophie as your group leader count yourself lucky as she is honestly one of the most lovely, kind, welcoming person. She was always on hand if we needed anything from a trip to the hospital or just a hug. She was knowledgeable about the areas we were travelling and always made us feel safe and supported the whole time. She helped with onward travel information and assisted with booking taxis and any optional activities people wanted to do. She was great at bringing the group together and helping us bond and i can’t thank her enough for her kindness and patience. Truly the best 18 days with the best people ever.

None of this would have been anywhere near as special without Sophie, she is a real life angel not a bad bone in her body and she’s left her impact on me I miss her lots ! I wish her all the best this is definetely her calling in life, the patience of a saint and inspired me to also take that approach to life. Without the tour I would have never known where to start never mind the travelling from island to island etc. I felt so safe and the people I met made the experience for me. A trip I’ll never forget and be forever grateful for.

Just came back from an amazing two weeks in Thailand. I choose the 12 day Thailand intro tour finishing in Phi Phi and had tour leader Sophie. Sophie was so loving and caring to everyone and had amazing knowledge on places we visited.
Nothing was too much to ask, thank you Sophie ! Couldn’t recommend intro enough, I’ve been on tour groups in the past and will 100% be using Intro travel for further trips. The itinerary was well planned out with some amazing bucket list moments, I would never dream of being able to organise myself to the perfect amount of down time. Worst part of the trip was leaving everyone who was carrying on the 18 day trip.

Despite being a little nervous to join a group trip, I have been really impressed with the organisation of the trip and have already recommended the tour to multiple friends. It’s clear that a lot of care has been taken to identify ethical and sustainable activities (e.g. the amazing elephant sanctuary) and have a positive impact on the country, and that makes me even more happy to have picked intro. I’m excited to book another Intro tour soon!

Sophie is a great group leader and have such a lovely personality yet amazing management skills that allowed her to flow the group in such a smooth way that made us all happy and having the greatest time of our lives.
She is super organised and had the whole tour under control and managed to satisfy every person's needs on the group. Very punctual and professional person that takes her job seriously that made her super good at it. Highly recommended for all future tours and I am actually planning to book all future destinations with her.
The last two weeks in Thailand have been amazing. Sophie was a fantastic leader, everything was so organised, fun and stress-free! Blessed with the best group of people to travel with. Stunnin x

Solo traveling appeared scary to me so booking an intro trip seemed like a great opportunity to travel on my own but having the comfort and security through the group and especially the leader at the same time. Which was prooved to be true.
Sophie was the best leader I could have her imagined. She was the loveliest, most caring and best organized person and really made this trip a once in a live time experience. From the beginning she welcomed us with open arms and a bright smile, which was also on her face the upcoming days. She was always positive and together with Alif she made sure everyone had a great time.
Overall the experience was perfectly timed with great activities and cool places to stay. If I would have gone alone, I surely wouldn’t have stayed in the floating Bungalows or in the middle of the jungle, but looking back at it those two places were the most memorable things we’ve done. Furthermore we experienced Thai culture in a beautiful way and every local who showed us a part of it (temples, cooking, Muay Thai…) was super welcoming and friendly.
I am truly thankful for this experience and would always do it the exact same way.

I …I have recently finished the Thailand leg of my epic Asia trip, I can safely say I have had the best 18 days of my life and have felt genuine happiness again I have not had for quite some time now. I think one of the main reasons for this was my tour leader Sophie Duncan, she was a ray of sunshine and I feel I have left the country with a plethora of knowledge and experience but also a genuine friend. She is a real asset to your team and was valued by absolutely everyone on our trip, there was not one time I didn’t feel comfortable to talk to her if I needed to. She has set my expectations for the next two legs of this tour extremely high and I will miss her contagious smile and energy greatly :))

The itinerary was full of lots of different activities that suited everyone, while still making time to chill when needed. So well organised and so much help and support there for anything you need!
I had the pleasure of meeting a few leaders at sarana, and lan in the jungle, but really believe that our trip was made even better by our amazing leader Soph <3 She is so kind, caring, and compassionate, prepared for any situation with her Mary poppins bag and truly a credit to intro.
I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking to travel.
