I fell in love with Thailand as soon as I stepped off the plane, and what a better reason to stay than a job! What a trip! We went on the 13 Day Thailand Experience tour. We had an absolutely amazing time! We were meant to go in 2020, but due to covid had to postpone. We were meant to go in 2020, but due to covid had to postpone. Intro travel have been great moving dates and answering any queries that we had!
We were so lucky to have Ben (Andrew) as our group leader! What a guy! He was amazing! We couldn’t of asked for better! From the first instance we met Ben, we felt so comfortable around him! He was there to help and support if we ever needed anything and we felt safe having him. We are currently in Bali, and Ben is still at the end of the phone answering some of our questions and contacting group leaders out here to help us with queries! We were lucky to have a great bunch on our tour and Ben made the effort to be a part of the gang. The tour was the start to our honeymoon, and Ben organised a beautiful beach bungalow for our stay in Ko Phangan all decorated with balloons, petals and organised a couple of free cocktails for us! There were also a couple of birthdays on the trip, which Ben ensured that something special was done - cake, drinks etc! Thank you for everything Ben!
The activities, transport, accommodation and food were all well organised and fantastic! Thank you Intro travel, we’ve had the most fantastic start to our honeymoon and we’re gutted that’s our experience in Thailand is over!
This was my second tour with IntroTravel, and Ben as a group leader did not disappoint! From the first day we met him, he looked after us and even bought tiger balm for our mosquito bites. From the first day we met him, he looked after us and even bought tiger balm for our mosquito bites. He made us all feel comfortable, and as a group of 7 we felt like a little family! We knew that we were in good hands and was so glad to have him as our leader. We didn't stop laughing - he made the experience special, and entertained us with chats, stories and most importantly, banter! He even learnt some Welsh words! Everyone needs a Ben in their life, and he has some crazy dancemoves and facial expressions, which we sure caught on camera!!
He gave his time to help us organise our onward travel to other islands and up to Chiang Mai, and we cannot thank him enough!
We enjoyed every minute, and there has been many highlights. If I had to choose it would be the elephants or seeing the different islands around Phi Phi by speedboat. We had rain, thunderstorms and sunny days, but every day was different and an experience I'll never forget! We would have stayed in the Sarana bungalows in Koh Pangan forever, it felt like home and the food was truly amazing!
I am already thinking of the next destination! I have travelled in a couple and with friends, Intro Travel is for everyone!

All acommadation was clean and tidy and all meals included were amazing standard. Our group leader was welcoming and informative throughout the whole trip, he became a friend and like another member of the group. All parts of the itinerary, meals, travelling and accommodation were well planned and very organised and Ben informed us of the plans throughout. Overall, we had the best trip and cant wait to book our next trip with INTRO.

This was the best way to travel Thailand because it was mindless since everything was planned out for me. On the tour we got to do things that you wouldn’t find or be able to do traveling solo, such as visiting a family's farm and eating a home cooked meal there. Our tour leader Ben was amazing! He’s funny, knowledgeable, and the perfect balance of having fun, but also knowing that he’s got it all under control. He made sure we were all safe, on time, and helped everyone stay organized. I would definitely recommend Intro Travel to anyone looking to travel solo or come with friends and join a group!

Ben was always cracking jokes, and having a laugh but also when needed was serious and would make sure any issues or questions would get sorted ASAP. The trip would have been nowhere near as fun and I cannot recommend it or Ben enough!

I had never gone on a group tour before and was very apprehensive about trying one but I can without a doubt say it was the best trip of my life. As soon as I arrived in the airport, Ben was there and waiting ready to pick me up and start the trip. His knowledge on the country was second to none and any questions I had were always answered or followed up on in a flash. The itinerary was great but it also clashed with some of the government events. Ben however managed to adapt quickly to the situation and sorted out another event that will not be forgotten by any of us for a long time. Bens energy throughout the 12 days was contagious and left our stomachs hurting from laughing so much. Ben was an amazing tour leader and showed his maturity when dealing with different situations. Without Ben the tour would have been very different and I thank him for all the time he spent with us and for the warm welcome into a new land. He and the trip will be in all of our hearts for a long time! Thank you Ben, see you on the old town road

We were lucky enough to have 3 group leaders as two were training - Ben Andrews, Jessica Richards and Ben Paddock and every single one of them was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have asked for more from them. One of my main concerns was safety before booking this tour and this was also their top concern, as we felt so well looked after in every way. They were super professional as well as incredibly fun and just made every part of the trip sooo soo memorable. Despite being a group of 20 they all took time to get to know each one of us. Thank you to Ben A. for taking me snorkelling in the sea when I was scared to swim, thank you to Jess for taking such good care of my best friend when she was sick and thank you Ben P. for always checking on us even during dinners to make sure we were all ok and carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs. So grateful that they even took the time out to sit with us all individually and helped book our onward travel after the tour ends. I hadn’t experienced from other companies I booked tours with. The tour was fantastic in general but it was definitely the group leaders more than anything that exceeded all of my expectations and made the trip as great as it was!

This could possibly be the best money I’ve ever spent on a vacation. I travel quiet a bit and was skeptical at first at not knowing ever detail of the tour but this tour included a little bit of everything with amazing accommodations and awesome people. If I were to try to plan this vacation myself I would not have been able to make it out to half of the destinations we went to on the tour because of how daunting the process of booking each location and transportation would have been. Our guide Ben was very knowledgeable with the locations we were in and very helpful with any questions that I had. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour. Planning on doing another Experience tour with Intro Travels soon! If you’ve gotten to this point in the review I have one question for you! What are you waiting for?!?

Looking after 23 people can't have been easy but he really did a great job and really cared for us, including keeping us stocked up on rehydration treatments and travel sickness pills and of course reminding us to wear plenty of sun cream ;) . We made some great friends on the trip and will miss them and Thailand!

The group leaders and local operators were fantastic, especially Lan the jungle king and James Bond. Ben, our main leader, was so helpful and knowledgeable, Ellie was really friendly and caring and Kiera was great fun and always up for a laugh.

The floating bungalows, the visit to the Elephant Sanctuary and the Sarana Bungalows were huge highlights for me. Lastly a huge shout out to my group leader Ben, he was awesome!!! He was always on hand whenever we needed help or advice and made sure we had the best time with his warm and bubbly nature! If you get Ben then you’re in for an amazing trip!!

Not that many meals are included, but food is generally cheap in Thailand anyways. Transportation between places was cramped at times, but bearable. One of our boat trips in the Phi Phi islands was cancelled due to weather, so that's the only experience I wish we were able to do. Our guide was fun and really made sure that everyone in the group was enjoying the experience. So glad I picked this tour!

You visit the most beautiful places and are never short of exciting activities to participate in. Ben our tour guide was amazing, and it felt as if he was part of our group rather than the ‘leader’; he helped make it such a brilliant experience! I had the best time in Thailand with such a great group of people to travel around with!
