This tour was absolutely amazing! It well and truely exceeded my expectations. The itinerary was fantastic, included activities were great and I enjoyed them all. The itinerary was fantastic, included activities were great and I enjoyed them all. Our tour leader Ben was awesome too, his experience and personality really made the trip a 10/10 experience and I couldn’t fault a single thing about him.
The only thing I feel I was disappointed by (only in the first 4 days of the tour) was the authenticity of the food. I would have like more authentic Vietnamese - but this could be because I simply ordered the wrong things!
Overall anyone wanting to travel Vietnam quickly should definitely consider this tour, you won’t regret it.

I enjoyed the trip to the max with some amazing people, for a solo traveler I was scared but felt very confident when meeting everyone. The only thing I would have changed it's the travelling in Vietnam in the day times, with other trips we traveled in the evening or night and this was much better as we still got the day to do things and not miss out on the sun or a day to do other things. I loved Cambodia as there was so many things I didn't have a clue about that happened in the country. Over all I have had a great time but I would before look into the travel times if I was to do another trip like this.

My favourite part of the trip was definitely Ha Long bay. The tour guides were really helpful and informative about anything there was to do in the area, and were always happy to help with anything. There was a really nice mix of accommodation, from Hotels to outdoor huts, and it was really nice to experience both.
I didn’t have to worry about anything, and met some fantastic people. This tour exceeded my expectations and it was well worth the money I spent on it. All I can say is a huge thank you, and I will definitely be recommending Intro Travel to others!
It was a well planned and organised trip. Good, clean accommodation and transport. A good mix between city and rural areas which was great.

All the travel was planned and we had sufficient time in each place. Everyone says the North is Chilly...coming from Ireland we thought it no way but definitely bring a good Rain Coat!! Kayaking in Halong Bay was amazing, Ninh Binh is a must see stop and the Homestays are truly a unique experience with gorgoues accommodation
I thought this was a great way to see the country for the first time. It was a little fast passed but that is only way to really do a tour if you want to see multiple cities. It was a little fast passed but that is only way to really do a tour if you want to see multiple cities. I would have liked a day to go to the beach but overall the tour was well organized and provided varied activities. Ben was also very knowledgable and readily available to help us with anything we needed throughout the tour.

Had an awesome time! Was only planning to do 9 days but was having too much fun so had to extend. 100% recommend! 10/10
Loved bens ozzy banter. Loved that we had a good mix of organized activities and free time. Felt relaxed and in good hands. Would definitely be keen to book another tour in the future.

Really enjoyed the whole trip and would recommend it to friends. The itinerary meant that we were busy all the time and did more than if I had done the trip on my own. I wasn’t sure what to expect of the trip, as I booked it last minute (four days before the trip started), so some of the events were a surprise.

The accommodations were lovely and it was really nice that they all had WiFi accessible for free.
Transportation using the two vans was a bit awkward at times, as the seats were close together and my knees were in the back of the row in front of me, but overall they were fine. The drivers were skilled and had AC running the whole time and allowed us to plug in our personal phones for our own playlists.
Large group meals were sometimes a bit tricky as we were such a large group. The restaurants were always ready for our large group, which was nice, but with so many people it sometimes took a long time to order and receive our food. It might be nice to have more small group dinner options so people could explore the local cuisine. Perhaps have some local recommendations but not require the large group for everything.
Although we had such a big group, our tour guide was always very good about ensuring that all of us were present. As a female, traveling solo, it was nice to know that I wouldn’t be left behind somewhere in a foreign country. At times, that quality was equally frustrating as some people were not as timely with arriving at the described times. For the schedule, while it was nice to have th flexibility of hearing the upcoming agenda and times periodically throughout the day, it would have been nice to have something slightly more detailed in writing to refer to. Personally, I do much better with scheduling my time when it is in writing.
Our tour guide did an excellent job setting up a Photo Circle group for all of us so we could upload group pics without degrading the photo quality. That feature alone ended up being a huge asset for our group.
The timing of the trip was a bit tricky as we ended up at the Gili Islands during Ramadan, which meant that the bars closed earlier than we would have liked as those islands are primarily Muslim. Learning about Hinduism from Adi was really interesting, and it would have been helpful to have him as a tour guide before going to the temple at Uluwatu, where the tour guide was informational but not as forthcoming about the background of Hinduism.
Overall, the tour was great and Ben did a great job navigating the different personalities in our group and managing expectations. He was friendly, provided humor, and was an excellent DJ for the van rides. Two thumbs up!

And Ben was a fab group leader who we could have a great laugh with :) highlights of the trip for me were definitely staying in the villa, swimming with turtles and getting up at 1am to climb a volcano! Very sad to be leaving but would 1000000% recommend to anyone wanting to see Bali and have an absolutely incredible time!

A real good guy and prividing laughs throughout the day and even more so on a night out.
We had a great time on the tour and absolutely loved Bali, but Ben provided the bedrock of laughs and organized fun to really make our time so much fun.
Would seriously recommend to all.

The itinerary is amazing and it’s really hard to say what section of the trip was best given each one stood out. From the strong cultural experience in Hanoi, to the crazy times on the Ha Long cruise/island excursion. On top of all of this, I met some great new friends from different backgrounds that I hope to further connect with. Pro tip, try to pack efficiently, use mosquito spray (especially in Ninh B), use free time to explore. After this trip, I have already put down a deposit for the next trip.

I thought this was a really good tour and saw quite a lot in a small space of time. Almost all of the activities were included so no hidden costs. A number of meals were also included, and I liked it that even when the meals weren’t included we all went out together as part of the itinerary and paid for ourselves. I was at the older end of the group and am past the whole get drunk every night so personally wasn’t such a fan of this aspect. That said there were some amazing places we went to - including a lovely island and 2 home stays in the country which were awesome. The leader was good and organised everything and joined us in all the activities. Met some great people on this trip too and had some really good laughs.
