Bhaktapur is a marvellous destination to explore in Nepal. The architecture is simply awe-inspiring and the temples are absolutely stunning. The city is steeped in a rich history and culture, and the locals are exceedingly friendly and welcoming. The guides are well-versed and provide fascinating insights about the region. I would wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Bhaktapur for anyone keen on discovering Nepal's cultural heritage.

Great views, but the trek is a bit tougher than the material suggests (over 1K climb on day one). Accommodation on the first night is friendly but very basic. It gets very cold. Our guide was nice but his English was limited and hence so was the information provided on the trek.
