The Ba Na Hills tour was a great experience and definitely worth joining. The mountain scenery was beautiful, and the Golden Bridge was impressive in real life. I enjoyed the cool weather, the cable car ride, and the relaxed atmosphere. It was a fun and refreshing day away from the city.

After our fantastic first 5 days in Hanoi, we flew down to Da Nang and were happy to receive the same amazing service from Ms. Hannah kept us updated every single day on WhatsApp regarding our tour schedules, and all our airport drop-offs and pick-ups for the rest of our 4 days were completely stress-free. We upgraded our stay to a 4-star Deluxe Double room at the Royal Lotus Hotel Danang. The room was clean, very spacious, and had super comfortable beds, while the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of both Western and Vietnamese food. While the front desk staff could have been a bit more friendly and helpful, the location was wonderful. It was only an eight-minute walk (~550 meters) to the famous My Khe Beach, with plenty of seafood spots and other restaurants lining the road to the beach. Our absolute favorite local shop was "Bread and Butter," where we had evening coffee and cake pretty much every afternoon after finishing our tours. Ordering food to the room using the Grab app was also super easy. We spent our second, third, and fourth days exploring the city. On our second day, our schedule was a full-day tour to Monkey Mountain, Marble Mountains, the Coconut Jungle, and Hoi An Ancient Town. Our guide, Ms. Lucy, was the best guide of the day..she is so funny made everyone laugh , knowledgeable, and caring. Since the day involved a lot of hiking, steps, and boat rides, she kept a close eye on everyone in our group at all times. She even gave extra care to an Australian senior citizen who was traveling with us, which we really appreciated. Our first stop was Son Tra Peninsula (Monkey Mountain), where we saw the massive Lady Buddha statue and loved looking at the very old bonsai trees, which are great for photos. You can also spot monkeys around the bike parking area when you walk down the steps, along with beautiful ocean views. The Marble Mountains caves are a must-visit if you travel to Da Nang. After lunch, we headed to the Coconut Jungle (water coconut palm) for a basket boat ride. The water was actually muddy and not very deep on the day we went, but it was still a fun ride. Our final destination was Hoi An Ancient Town. There are lots of shops where you can do shopping, but you definitely have to bargain for the goods. The prices are set for tourists, and we felt they were quite high. After having dinner around 5:30 PM, we enjoyed a serene boat ride on the Hoai River. The next day was a full-day tour to Hue City, Ms.Trang from Venues Travel done good job for us, which covered all the historic places in Hue. It was great for getting knowledge about ancient Vietnamese history, though there were not many active physical tasks on this tour. On our fourth day, we visited Ba Na Hills. Our guide was Mr. Bean, who is also from Venues Travel and was another amazing guide. He knew all the tips and tricks to move fast at the rides and skip the long queues, which we really appreciated throughout the day. You must visit Ba Na Hills at least once in your lifetime. When he noticed a senior citizen from the Philippines in our group, he arranged a wheelchair for her and placed our whole group on the fast track. He asked our group if we wanted to buy fast-track (silver wow pass) passes for quick access to avoid the queue for the longest cable car ride up the hills. We paid around 300,000 VND per person for the fast-track pass, for the rides he advised us to buy two rounds of tickets so we didn't have to stand in the regular line and put us in the fast-moving queue for the first ride, so quick. For lunch, we chose the Asian buffet restaurant, which had lots of options including seafood, chicken, beef, and vegetarian choices. Overall, we enjoyed good times and took lots of pictures with the flower gardens and rides. Ms. Hannah was wonderful at giving us all the information through WhatsApp about the next day's tour, and the guides we met on all three days were amazing, so big shoutout to the Venues Travel team. The food included during the tour for lunch and dinner was good, and we would rate it an 8/10. Just keep in mind that if you want to order additional food you have to pay for it, and drinks are not included with the free meals. We really enjoyed our 5 days in Da Nang.Thank you for everyone who made our Da Nang holiday so special.

I really enjoyed my Central Vietnam tour booked on TourRadar. Everything was professionally organized from start to finish — from airport pickup, hotel arrangements, tour logistics, communication throughout the trip, all the way to drop-off. It made traveling feel super easy and stress-free as everything is well taken care of already. Ideal for solo travelers or couples who want to meet other people along the way while still having enough flexibility to do their own thing. I also enjoyed was the pace of the itinerary. It didn’t feel overly rushed, and I still had time to plan my own activities outside of the main schedule. The flexible schedule gives you extra time to explore local cafés, restaurants, and hidden food spots — so definitely plan your food map in advance! I’d also recommend taking the tour from Da Nang if you are already there, or stay in Da Nang a few days longer after the tour to explore the city more.
