Overall a great tour that was very well organized and executed exceptionally. The Director, Akhrorbek, from Guided Travels personally accompanied us across the borders into and out of Turkmenistan, which made for a seamless experience. He checked in with the drivers and guides constantly to ensure that pick ups, drop offs, tours and meals went according to plan. Hotels were new and modern with basic but good buffet breakfasts and amenities. Staff were literally available 24/7 to respond to us on the chat if we had a question or a request. The 11 day tour was ideal to cover everything at a good pace. There was a lot packed into each day but there was flexibility and free time built in as well. The highlights for us were the Dervaza crater and Bukhara. We had a great experience and would highly recommend the Guided Travels 11 day tour.
