We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Romania. It was on my bucket list for some time and did not disappoint. It has so much history. Our guide Tiberiu was excellent, his knowledge was extensive. We really enjoyed the last day hiking in the mountains and visiting the rural areas. Definitely recommend.
We had the most amazing week travelling through Romania with our guide, Alina! It is a beautiful country with so many different landscapes. It is a super interesting country historically, something we really enjoyed learning more about. It is difficult to single out a highlight as we felt the whole trip was full of highlights! Our stays in private guesthouses were fantastic with such warm hospitality and welcoming hosts. The food was amazing. Alina made it magical: we thought she was very well informed, and clearly loved her country. We had long and significant conversations with her in the car that have meant a lot to us! As we are both a bit old-er, she took such great care of us when we were out and about, we really appreciated this. We cannot recommend this tour enough. We cannot praise Alina highly enough. We will never forget our time in Romania! Thank you!
