The guide was excellent, the hotels were clean, comfortable, and the hotel staff were overall helpful and friendly. More attention should be given to the varieties of vegetarian food in the selection of restaurants for the group. After more than 20 km a day, salads as a dinner is not enough. Moreover, if you organize a sea food tasting, have an option for vegetarians or people who are allergic to sea food. I just left the group at this point and walked by myself because I was not going to sit and watch people eat while I have no food options. Again, salad is not a substitute for what the other group members had. Also, the farewell dinner was heavily based on meat dishes. As a vegetarian, I only had salad and one tapas. In future trips before signing up, I will inquire about the food options for vegetarians before I join Interpid trips.

The trip was magical! From the first day in Madrid to arriving in Santiago de Compostela everything was well organized and delivered. Our guide, Ivan, is super knowledgeable and friendly. He is the best ! I definitely recommend G Adventures to anyone who wishes to walk the Camino.
