I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Shailesh made the planning part before the trek so easy and was able to answer our questions quickly and efficiently. The trek itself was absolutely fantastic. Our guide Visnu and porters Sandra and Suresh were brilliant. It was like having 3 extra brothers with us (stronger and wiser in the mountains!) and they made the experience even better. The teahouses we stayed in were wonderful with the warmest of receptions and the route itself and views will stay with me for life. A truly memorable and fantastic trek. I will definitely be back and will use Nepal Trekking Routes again for sure.

March through May offers ideal trekking weather on the Manaslu Circuit. The forests past Maccha Khola fill with rhododendron blooms, and cultural experiences become really special - like visiting Ribung Gompa in Lho or sharing tea with Tibetan families in Samdo. Many of our tours include side trips to Pungen Glacier or Birendra Lake during rest days. One of our Texas guests who came in April told us how much they appreciated the guides' ability to read the group's energy and adjust the pace. After long hiking days, the natural hot springs at Tatopani feel extra nice in spring's mild weather.
