Drivers excellent. Friendly, conversant and knowledgeable. Guides informative, friendly if a little rehearsed and determined to get the information across even while you were responding to it. Dubrovnik hotel fabulous views, extra friendly and helpful staff, good facilities. Split hotel clean, staff helpful and friendly but the location is [Removed in Moderation]! 4-star hotel it is not! Three at best and in the middle of an industrial wasteland. Surrounded by factories, truck depots and dust and drainage works with no amenities for miles. I will not be back.
