Tour covered many nice places to see and lots of fun things to do. Accommodations were nice overall. Some places had some dirty sheets, but that is about as bad as it got. Would have liked less large …Tour covered many nice places to see and lots of fun things to do. Accommodations were nice overall. Some places had some dirty sheets, but that is about as bad as it got. Would have liked less large tuktuks and rather had vans for trips more than 20 mins because things got so hot and sticky all squished together in the back like that. Overall had a very good experience and would recommend it to a friend.

Had an absolutely amazing time on the Thailand full moon experience. Met so many incredible people who will be friends for life and who really made the trip as dope as it was. Met so many incredible people who will be friends for life and who really made the trip as dope as it was. We did so much cool stuff and the accommodation, transport, food, everything was spot on. Ryan, Lawrie and Yo were great fun but also had all the knowledge we needed to make the most of our trip, thanks guys you legends! Would 100% recommend TruTravels to anyone, you won't regret it. So chilled out and fun but also completely reliable and trustworthy. Had an awesome trip and would do it all again.

The trip was really well organised, from general information and a welcome email a couple of weeks before we left to useful info and tips throughout the trip, so you were free to completely relax and enjoy the amazing experiences.
There were a range of ages and nationalities in our group and the relaxed and friendly attitude of our three guides, Amanda, Adam and Yo, made everyone feel comfortable and helped everyone get to know one another.
The tour itself was a great mix of popular tourist spots as well as lesser known destinations like Khao Sok which we would never have come across ourselves. Overall we were really impressed with Tru Travels and would definitely book another tour in future!

This trip was AWESOME! It was totally what i expected it to be. I expected to meet new people, have a lot of fun and do some sightseeing. All of this happend! All of this happend! I met a lot of really nice people, had LOADS of fun! And saw the most amazing sightseeing things. The transportation was good. It was always ready when we arrived at the location. And then the accomodations, they where so nice! Always at good locations. So last but not least the tour guides! The first one, Adam. What a nice guy! He was really relaxed but always really clear about the plan. The second one, Amanda. She is so kind! Always up to do fun things or have a little chat. And then the last but not least, Sapayoo. The coolest Thai boy I ever met! He was so funny! I had fun with al the tour guides, the where always in for a good chat and having fun! The next time I travel with a travel organisation it will be Trutravels! That's for sure!

I had such an amazing time in this trip. Was a little worried that my friends and I would be the oldest in the group but it was actually a lovely mix of different ages and nationalities. So we had Ada…I had such an amazing time in this trip. Was a little worried that my friends and I would be the oldest in the group but it was actually a lovely mix of different ages and nationalities. So we had Adam and Amanda as our tour leaders plus Yo as our Thai guide, who were all brilliant at their jobs. It was a great mix as well, having Adam on his last Thailand tour working with Amanda on her first one. Adam knew all the ins and outs of the trip and was really helpful answering any questions we had but it was great to have Amanda who gave us so much useful information about some of the details of our trip that I really felt well-prepared wherever we went.
It was also lovely having Yo there to tell us so much about Thai culture and explaining details about praying at the temples, which was so interesting.
Overall it was a great group of people well held together by 3 friendly, capable and hilarious leaders which left me with some of the greatest memories ever!
I'd definitely recommend them and am already planning another tour next year with Tru Travels as a result, bring on Bali!
I was terrified when I embarked by myself for my 18 day trip but my nerves were quickly fixed when I arrived to an amazing group of people . We started with Adam, Amanda and yo as our guides. We started with Adam, Amanda and yo as our guides. Yo was by far one of the most amazing guys I've ever met he went above and beyond , teaching us all the ins and outs of thailand. He is truly a asset to your team. Not saying I didn't love Amanda and Adam the cool dude blacker who made everyone feel comfortable and like a big family. But yo "simple Thai boy " as he was known was just so prepared to share with us all of his knowledge/ culture of thailand, his peaceful attitude and hilarious sense of humour !!! He made the whole group feel at ease and it was clear that we didn't have to worry as he really knew what he was doing !! Not saying he didn't know how to go out and have fun because my god that guy has great taste in music and had no problem busting a move

Sammy is really lovely and will do anything to help anyone have the best time! Sammys knowledge of Thailand and travelling itself is very helpful.
Dave is an absolute legend and made the tour for each person on it! It was a big mixed group and he made sure each individual was happy and having the best time! Not once did I see him stressed or being grumpy; we weren't the easiest group...
Yo was great also, knew everything question you asked him. Made sure everyone was happy and making the most out of their trip. Very organised and kept us all together!
In my opinion I think the tour stays too long at Koh Panghan, also it is very alcohol driven whilst there. Which isn't made clear when booking. Over 7 days in the same place gets quite 'samey'. For people on the shorter tours, spending half of their time there would be very frustrating. People go travelling to do/see things they can't at home.
That's NOT a reflection on the tour guides and the only advice I have for the tour. Apart from that I had an amazing time! So thank you very much!
I did the full moon experience with Daniel and Tru Travels and it was the time of my life!! Daniel is one of the most approachable people you will ever meet. Daniel is one of the most approachable people you will ever meet. Great out look on life and a terrific tour leader. Tru Travels is one of if not the most hands on tour companies in SEA. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the time of your life. From the accommodation to the daily activities and the nights out are ones I will never forget. Have since booked another two tours with them as I was that impressed. Your Thai guides that accompany you are also out of this world. Don't wait just book and you won't regret it! Justin :) x

The accommodations were quite nice, only one cold shower. All of the activities were fantastic. From waterfalls to temples and zip-lining to playing with elephants. Every guide I had while on the trip were so nice and always took care of everything so I was never worried about something going wrong. I knew if anything went wrong they would be there to fix it. TruTravels really made my trip a once in a life time experience where I could be completely at ease. I would love to go on another trip with this company again.
