He was even so kind to organize a delicious birthday cake for me. He really went out of his way to make the trip a great memory for all of us. we were only 3 people at the tour so we could easily agree on itinerary chances. The only thing I disliked was the hotels. I did not expect much but especially our stay in Mirissa was really very poor quality. the views were great - but the room and the overall messy hotel did somehow gave us a not so nice ending.
Overall still a great experience. The booking via TourRadar went smooth and super easy.

We found Beauty Lanka Travels through a Google search and began our communication with Anushka. She was exceptionally professional and efficient, carefully tailoring our itinerary to accommodate our family's specific needs and interests.
Our tour guide and driver, Amila, was absolutely amazing. A true gentleman, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and an expert navigator of Sri Lankan roads. He greatly enhanced our experience with his insights and impeccable service.

Although there was some devastation due to cyclone Diwat the Sri Lankan people were welcoming, including our tour guide Beauty Lanka Travels... They made our stay memorable. Excellent choice, when you want to cram a lot into a few days (in this case it was five nights).
It can be a bit exhausting, so choose carefully your activities/places to visit and departure time.
The tour was wonderful! I got to see the most beautiful places. Every day there was a plan but it was completely flexible so I could choose what I wanted or dont wanted to see or do. We worked out the itinerary with Beauty Lanka who were really efficient and helpful. They were recommended by a family member who had been with them in March. Did not disappoint, booked all hotels we wanted and all went smoothly.
The driver we were allocated Amile was fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, professional and good company. He was always offering suggestions to make our days well spent and was happy to adjust if we asked. Loved that he showed us an array of Sri Lankan fruits we had never seen or eaten stopping to buy and taste. We went up as far as Anuradhapura and the sacred city definitely worth a visit and take a local guide. We used Chamal who was excellent.
Our trip did not take in the east coast but we had some rest days in Mirissa after the whale watching. Our schedule had been busy until then. Such a varied island and our tour enabled us to sample a lot of that. We’ll be sorry to leave !

Even then the beauty and variety of Sri Lanka was only sampled in part as there is so much to see. A special thanks to our guide Amila who made sure we got the best from the tour and helped adjustments on the fly as we travelled around. Always thinking ahead and checking we got the most from our time. It wouldn't have been the same without him. Will recommend them to all our friends.

Our guide, Amila, was fantastic – friendly, knowledgeable, and always making sure everyone felt comfortable. He added so much value to the trip and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The only small downside was that the hotel wasn’t in the most convenient location, but honestly, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. For us, it was the perfect trip to share as a couple – a wonderful balance of sightseeing, relaxation, and making special memories together. I’d say this tour is ideal for couples and highly recommend it!!

Viha, our coordinator, was exceptional—great communication, always responsive, and truly understood what we were looking for. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the itinerary reflected exactly what we had hoped for.
A special thank you to Amila, our driver. As two women traveling alone, feeling safe and supported was incredibly important to us—and Amila exceeded all expectations. He was respectful, friendly, and always looking out for us. He offered fantastic recommendations, adjusted plans as needed, and made sure we got the most out of every stop.

Each day combined landmarks of outstanding historic value, with adventures that were exciting and fun. For instance: The Drambulla Golden Cave Temple, 2 jeep safaris, the temple of the sacred tooth, gardens, museums, cultural dance performance, a train ride, treking and snorkeling. We kept a brisk pace, but never felt pressured or rushed. Indra tailored this to our needs and included extras such as a cooking class. In addition, the accommodations were clean and well located. This tour is a great value and a great experience.

They organised everything for us from Airport pickup to hotel bookings to the most amazing Driver/Guide called Amila. He took care of us and was available 24/7 throughout our trip. He was courteous and accommodating to all our requests and never pushed us to take any activity we did not want to. He gave us daily options and we would choose the ones that suited us most. He was always on time and the car was always clean. He really made our holiday a memorable one.

Some places can become overcrowded and some wildlife will not always show up ;-) during high season, but having a private driver allowed us to customize the itinerary a bit according to our preferences and pace. We were lucky to have Amila as our companion („driver“ would be an understatement) who patiently took great care of us and definitely enriched the experience by explaining us his country. Nice choice of accomodations, though we booked the „economy“ version, and an extra day at the beach much appreciated.

The journey was very comfortable and we got to see many things. Climbing Sigiriya rock and the safaris spotting elephants and leopards were particular highlights. We also really appreciated Amilla being so thoughtful and introducing us to local fruits and foods, he always had good recommendations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends.

We had a very pleasant journey. We got to see/experience everything we wanted in a week. Which we definitely wouldn’t have had time to if we used public transportation.

It’s a big help having a local driver who is available 24/7 if you have a question or need a ride to a restaurant/atm outside of the itinerary.
Our driver Amila was perfect, picked us up at the airport at 3 am. Always fun and friendly, and knew a lot of good local spots.
