The itinerary was packed with a range of activities that allowed us to immerse ourselves in Thai culture, interact with the locals, and see the best each destination had to offer while making lifelong friends in our group. Whether it was visiting temples in Bangkok, river tubing through the jungle, enjoying the beaches of Koh Phangan, trying Muay Thai, or partying in Koh Phi Phi, there was something for everyone.
Our group leaders, Kyle and Paula, were incredible. They were always on hand to ensure every activity ran smoothly and that we were all happy and comfortable every day. I’ve had the experience of a lifetime and hope to travel with Intro again.
Overall is well done. Tour leaders act so professional and take care all customers 24/7 as said on ads. Be sure all customers are safe and enjoy the journey. Problem solving skills is excellent. This was by far my best travel experience with an organized tour operator. Brilliant staff, everything is very well planned but still flexible to account for personal preferences. Kyle, our group leader is an amazing guy who always puts the travelers first and who genuinely enjoys seeing his customers have fun. This will not have been my last Intro tour.
Thailand itself offers a perfect mix of metropolitan city life and breathtaking nature with an easy going lifestyle and ultra-friendly, polite people. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Unreal experience. Kyle was our tour leader and made the tour so much better than just seeing new places. He took the time to get to know everyone and ensure each individual was having a great time.

I’d never done anything like this tour before and everything was so easy and stress free thanks to our amazing group leader Kyle! Seen some amazing places throughout the tour and enjoyed it so much that I booked Vietnam and Bali with intro before I left. Such a good way to meet new people and I’ve made some incredible friends from this.

Our tour leaders were Kyle and Lilly who were just amazing they really brought everyone together and their energy made the trip even better. We have truly made some friends for life on this trip and would absolutely do another tour! Huge thanks to Kyle and Lilly again, this trip was unforgettable! Cannot recommend this trip enough!

Not only this he soon became a great friend to have around who made me feel very at home very quickly, couldn’t of asked for a better group leader. Lilly was also very accomplished and friendly considering it was her first tour. I have no doubt she’ll also be a fantastic group leader! Thank you so much for making my experience memorable.

Doing a tour like this is great as you don't have to worry about planning anything and can fit alot of activities into a relatively small amount of time.

Kyle Thomson our group leader had infectious energy and was extremely attentive towards the whole group. He built great friendships with each one of us and ensured we were all having the best time! He had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do!
The tour as a whole was amazing value for money and so much was included in the price! All transport throughout the trip was included which was an extra bonus!
Thailand has stole my heart, it is the most beautiful country, the food is delicious and the people are so polite and happy, I can see why they call it the "Land of Smiles".
Intro Travel have amazing ethics and agendas and I am so pleased I chose them to travel with! I have even put deposits down on Bali and Sri Lanka, which Kyle helped with whilst on tour!
Overall I would recommend this company and the tour!

Going as a solo traveller for the first time, everyone was so welcoming and approachable. I feel like everyone gelled and we went from strangers on day 1 to practically becoming family towards the end.
Kyle our leader was on hand to sort out any issues and answer any questions, and you'll be lucky to be on his tour! Just watch out for his infectious dance moves!

Our group leader, Kyle, was brilliant at keeping the mood and vibes up throughout the rain and made sure we had a good time. We didn’t get to do the canyoneering with the weather but he provided alternative activities to make sure we still had activities to do. I met wonderful new friends and made amazing memories on this trip. Would recommend to anyone!
