Our group leader, Brad, has a great knowledge of Vietnam (and South East Asia), always giving his tips for things to do or places to eat, and he really went above and beyond to make sure we had a fun, safe, trip, and that we experienced as much of Vietnam as possible in just 15 days, as well as other travel plans. If you’re thinking about visiting Vietnam but don’t have loads of time, book this tour!

Had the best two weeks of my life! I was so apprehensive to book my first ever solo trip and never thought I would do it. The leaders are amazing really good fun especially Ben Brad and Adele, they made the experience all stress free I didn’t have to think about anything. The accommodation exceeded my expectations was very nice and the tour has connections with the locals you wouldn’t get by solo travelling ie local home stays, village overnight stays, tours and tribe treks. I was scared to go as a 22 year old girl on her own but I was reassured so fast and it didn’t feel like I was travelling along at all. Absolutely loved it, also made friends for life. We saw some incredible things and a personal highlight was the nim binh home stay. There was a large group of 24 of us and we all got on so well and I’ve genuinely made friends for life. I’d recommend this trip to anyone and I remember sitting in ha long bay in the water by our amazing party cruise thinking how lucky I’ve been and what an incredible thing to experience.

Brad was an incredible guide, he was so helpful and friendly even before the tour begun. He made me feel comfortable and safe, he was knowledgeable but fun at the same time, he was so patient with us and genuinely cared about our safety and well-being. Honestly I can’t speak highly enough about Brad, so glad to have had him as my guide. Had one of the best times of my entire life, will never forget this experience.

It was 100% worth every penny, the culture, the people you meet and the informative tour guides made the experience very memorable. Everything ran like clockwork and I did not have to worry about a thing on the tour.
My only part that I would of preferred is that I would of rather of started on HCM City rather than Hanoi as I feel the country has a lot more to offer in the central and north parts than the south.

Upon being in halong bay we was all so sad to see the amount off plastic in the sea...upon this intro travel have so many neat ways of making small changes...our leader brad organised a rubbish hunt when we were out there. Honestly brad went above and beyond and to get us all involved...always being so caring and attentive...he became our friend that we all love and respect for showing us this amazing country. I recommend to every single traveler out there to use intro travel. You start alone.....and end up with so many friends and memories...we are all looking forward to seeing eachother reach their goals in life and for our wishes in hoi an to come true.

I would wholly suggest a this tour as a way of seeing Vietnam and our tour guide Brad was brilliant in every way. He included everyone, was friends with everyone and kept everyone going by always being up for a laugh and putting the group first. Truly s top guy.
I’ll definitely be doing an Intro Tour again - the only shame being that Brad might not be the tour guide and it won’t be this same group, but then again I’m sure they’re all amazing.

I liked the order and direction of our travel and that the internal travel is all pre-organised by intro. The accomodation was very good for the basic level and everywhere we ate also very good. The itinerary was slightly different in terms of there was both extra things not mentioned and couple we didn’t do, but understand it’s adjusted to season I highly recommended this tour and company.

After each day, I’d be thinking wow, it doesn’t get better than this, and then the following day would be even better again. I would do this tour again if I could and will definitely book my next tour with Intro. The guide I had, Brad, had a real connection with the culture and passion for Vietnam, which made the tour that extra bit special. He was super organised, incredibly approachable and full of energy all the time. Every question was answered and any enquiry was well assisted. I truly couldn’t rate this experience any higher. One of the highlights of my life. Made some lifelong friends and have memories I’ll cherish forever!
