All trips have allowed us to see Bali's stunnin…As a girl on her first big travel trip, I didn't truthfully know what to expect. However, I can't quite express how pleased I have been with everything! All trips have allowed us to see Bali's stunning sites and enjoy the culture with none of the stress of booking/planning anything! Despite the perfectly organised tour, it would not have been the same without Shak. An all round amazing guy who was a great laugh but also had a caring streak for sensitive issues - hence referred to as Mum. Booked for Vietnam and Japan without hesitation after experiencing INTRO TRAVEL for the first time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to travel!!

This tour was amazing very glad I did it this way. The only thing I can say is the accomodation were so so. A couple of the room had a few minor problem with in the bathroom and A.C. Shak has been the best tour leader ever. Friendly, knowledgable and funny. Couldn't have asked for a better guy to take us around!

The accomadation was amazing, and food was really good. Can't fault anything about the trip. Shak was great.

Maybe just one temple and an extra night in Gili T but apart from that I loved the experience and would 100% recommend

Everything ran smoothly and it’s evident Shak loves making sure everyone has an unforgettable trip.
Overall the trip has exceeded my expectations and I don’t think it would of been the same without Shak as our leader!

To say that this was an amazing experience is an understatement. Shakir ensured that every single activity and day were as much fun as possible. He went above and beyond in every single meaning of the…To say that this was an amazing experience is an understatement. Shakir ensured that every single activity and day were as much fun as possible. He went above and beyond in every single meaning of the way. While I understand that he is not a 'feature' of the tour, his enthusiasm, energy and fabtastic attitude made sure that every single day was memorable. He is a credit to the intro company and you are very lucky to have him.
As a result all of the activities were amazing, from the waterfalls to chasing after dolphins, scuba diving and snorkling with turtles to climbing an active volcano. There is not one part of this tour I can criticise, except perhaps that I could take Shakir with me.
Amazing adventures that will never be forgotten full of laughs and incredible memories

Extremely knowledgeable about Bali. Is extremely happy to go out of his way to help you and make sure that your not worrying about a thing. I’ve never felt so relaxed. Shak is extremely trustworthy and is such an asset to intro travel. 1000% recommend Shak!

I had the most amazing 12 days in Bali. From the accommodation to restaurants to activities and down time. Every aspect was amazing . I cannot compliment or thank our tour guide Shak enough. I travelled to Asia on my own for the first time, so I was incredibly nervous but Shak immediately put me at ease and introduced me to the whole group. Everyone in the group felt safe the entire trip and knew we could go to him with any problems or questions we had.

The activities in the tour were authentic and great! I would have hoped to have better temples on the itinerary or maybe have a guide who can go into more depth about it. A local tour leader may have also helped in terms of education on history and religion. It would have also been nice to have more free time for dinner instead of having scheduled group dinners every night. Shak was an energetic leader and was great fun. I felt as though he was part of the group more so than a leader at times however. He never crossed the boundary but his physical affection for all of us girls was a little uncomfortable.
