Naks our guide was fantastic very attentive and willing to help any time you need. Always on time and give us a lot of information about the places we were visiting.

The down side was the poor choice of the hotels tour radar has made, dated, location, smelly and some bathroom very nasty with mold. After a long day you really want to go back to a nice hotel room and that was not our case. I fell very disappointed .
Also is you analyst the group age I thing people can afford a nice meal in a nice restaurant due to the country's cheap cost of living.
Another thing in my case I wrote to you company about you having my surnames wrong and you réassur me that you correct the mistake and that was not true and on our flight to ho chi Minh I had a problem with my ticket because has the wrong surnames.

1. The accommodation in Bangkok was poorly chosen - location was not great, and it was a dorm- style bedding, 6 to a room based on gender, with communal outside toilets/showers. No soap was provided. Breakfast was very poor, boiled eggs and jam.
2. It was a basic style tour - again this was not communicated or made obvious prior to booking.
3. The tour guide while perfectly nice and organised, did not provide any historical / cultural briefings to places visited/ things to see. I expected to learn more from the tour guide.
4. The group members were young and lacked diversity. I had specifically enquired about this, so again this was disappointing, especially as you’re spending a lot of time together.
