Throughout the 12 days I had the best experience ever, and without a doubt was the best trip I’ve been on. The activities, the accommodations, food and the people I met along the way, really did make that trip.
Lauren was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our trip the best trip ever. Always there to answer our questions, always there if we felt a little down or home sick and acted not just as a tour leader but as a friend, in which made our time there even more special. I fainted on the snorkelling trip in Gili & Lauren was absolutely amazing. Took me back to the hotel, gave me first aid and made sure I was ok, recommended I went to see a doctor (I declined, as didn’t want to be on a drip!) but saying that Lauren, stayed with me for the rest of the day, made sure I was fit and well.
I couldn’t have asked for a better group leader than Lauren, she is an absolute credit to intro travel and really does care about her group and clearly loves what she does. Future Manager material right there. Thanks again Lauren, you absolute star! x
This was by far the best trip I have ever been on and would 100% recommend this tour to anyone looking to go to Bali. Lauren also got fully involved in the group atmosphere and contributed to the group of 22 becoming very close on this tour. I can honestly say that Lauren made my trip with her positive attitude and depth of knowledge.

“Everybody say Bali!”. Great tour with a lot of activities. I feel like I have seen all of Bali during the trip. Lauren was awesome. Lauren is an absolute treasure and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. Without her attention to detail, my experience wouldn’t be the same that’s for sure. Before coming away, I was anxious about going alone but Lauren instantly made my anxiety disappear. Lauren is the type of person who instantly lights up the room the moment she walks in with her infectious smile and laugh.

Although it may be Lauren’s job to support and guide us through the stay - she definitely went above and beyond, catering to everyone’s needs, making sure we all had a smile and having a good time with us! Some of the activities were a challenge for me such as the bike ride ( I can’t ride a bike ) and the volcano trek however Lauren made sure I took part and I’m so happy I was pushing out of my comfort zone, this includes the bike ride where Lauren went Tandem with me and I was so appreciative for this! Intro Travel planned a great tour, the people were all amazing but Lauren definitely made sure we had the best time possible and this experience has encouraged me to book again

On the face of things it appears that I may have been overly positive, giving every section five stars, however theres not really anything I can fault about my time in Bali. There are potentially a fe…On the face of things it appears that I may have been overly positive, giving every section five stars, however theres not really anything I can fault about my time in Bali. There are potentially a few suggestions I can give based on my experience that may help others get the most from their trip.
Itinerary - Intro have packed in as much as possible (which is great), with this in mind to make the most of my time were I to do this trip again I would arrive at least one day before maybe two days before the tour in order to recover from traveling, explore the area a little and acclimatise.
Transportation - I cannot fault the drivers we had for the duration of the tour they were incredibly cautious and patient when travelling from to our destinations. That being said the roads to some of the more remote locations are not necessarily what you would be used to. As someone who suffers from travel sickness I was pleasantly surprised at how well the drivers drove on some of the more rough terrain, but it also wouldn't hurt to come prepared with travel sickness tablets.
Accommodation - Everywhere we stayed was clean, with good beds and relatively spacious, occasionally people had minor issues but given that the tour moves locations every few days and that we were always out all day problems were mainly completely insignificant.
Meals - Everywhere we went had massive variety always a mainly westernised menu, so even the pickiest eaters could find something, also recommendations from our guide as to what was the best at any given restaurant really helped. The breakfast meal were sometime a little basic but there was always a variety to choose from, and you could always supplement your meal with extra bits from near by cafes
Guide - Our guide Lauren was awesome, always positive and upbeat even during the times of high stress like calculating 20 peoples restaurant tabs. She had allot of knowledge of all the areas we travelled, clearly knew all the other guides we had for days out at temples and rice paddies and was exceptional at keeping everyones spirits up in some of the more trying moments like getting up a volcano in the dark. Her ability to rally people for nights out or selfies is second to none.

I was feeling nervous and deep down just wanted to go home but found this trip and thought I’d join it and make the best of it for 12 days so my journey over hadn’t been wasted. I had no idea what to expect and was so pleasantly surprised.
I have had the trip of my life and although the jam packed itinerary is second to none, the accommodation is lovely and the local guides are so friendly and knowledgable - the trip was made truly memorable and wouldn’t have been even a fraction of as fun if it wasn’t for my incredible tour leader Lauren.
From the moment I arrived Lauren was warm, welcoming, easily the happiest and friendliest person I have ever met and all my nerves and worries instantly went away. Her organisation made the tour effortlessly enjoyable, positive and friendly demeanour helped grow a fabulous and inclusive group dynamic and I can confidently say I have left with 21 good friends as a result. Lauren perfectly judged the balance between authoritative, responsible figure and a friend you felt like you’d known your whole life. I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience I had on my Bali Intro trip and I owe so much of that to Lauren.
I have already recommended the trip to many of my friends and put a deposit down for a further trip because I had such a blast on this one. I can’t imagine a better tour leader than Lauren and in my opinion any group who has the pleasure of her guidance for a fortnight is truly lucky.

Lauren is a fantastic guide who goes the extra mile for all of the group. She's a true natural at this kind of work! Thanks Lauren for being a great leader and an even better friend to us all, would love to travel with you again.

The tour was great and took you to all he necessary hotspots of Bali in the space of time given. However, this tour would not have been nearly as great without our guide, Lauren. However, this tour would not have been nearly as great without our guide, Lauren. What an absolute star. She was able to get us to where we needed to be and when we needed to be there perfectly. But most importantly she was fun and genuine. She went out of her way to make everyone in the group feel welcome and a part of it whilst not pushing people to do things they didn't want to. She seemed to genuinely care about us and our wellbeing. She dealt with a lot of illness over the days i was with her and handled it all like a star. Couldn't rave about her enough . She was knowledgeable about the areas and gave advise and help. Lauren made it unforgettable.

Amazing people and a fabulous tour leader! Lauren was so happy and bubbly, and lovely to talk to, so confident and organised aswell, always knew what was going on and what we needed to do! Despite it only being her second official tour! She had great recommendations for every location we stayed at, was there for help whenever we needed, let us know she was always there when we needed her, and joined in with everything that we did, it was fun to experience it alongside her. I’m pretty sure she kept a smile on her face the ENTIRE time. She definitely sets the bar high for tour leaders and makes me excited to experience more intro tours in the hopefully near future :)

Wouldn't have done Bali the same with anyone else guiding us ❤ I approached her with an embarrassing problem I have with loud snoring and didnt want to keep tour mate awake all night. She made me feel so comfortable and found a way I could sleep without feeling awful! All and all Lauren is a beautiful person and the best tour leader/ big sister, I'm sad to say farewell!

Lauren was an absolute gem, from explaining what we had planned throughout the day, to making me feel relaxed throughout the whole trip and not worried I could not fault her. Honestly had an amazing time and highly recommend this tour to anyone!

I loved how we had free time and were given recommendations of great places to shop and eat at. Intro travel chose great places to stay at that were clean and nice. My leader was personable with everyone and bonded well.

Lauren was AMAZING! She was such a laugh everyone got on so well and she was great and getting everybody chatting to one another at the beginning of the trip! She was so much fun and kept everyone in high spirits throughout the trip from nights out to the volcano hike when everyone was tired. One of my favourite times was in Gili T when we had the bike ride - I wasn’t that confident but Lauren suggested we tandem bike which was actually hilarious getting started and a lot of fun! It was nice that I didn’t have to miss out on one of the activities and I had such a laugh doing it! Lauren was a great team leader and an even better friend.

Lauren the leader, acted like a best friend, a mum and a nurse to everyone, and I really appreciate everything you did for me and the group, you 10000x made me feel comfortable on trip which was something I thought I would find difficult.

It was absolutely amazing. The people were so friendly. The places we went to were beautiful. The tour leader was so helpful and answered everyone’s questions
