This way of traveling was completely stress-free because everything was very well arranged. Our group leader was the most amazing guy who had a lot of knowledge about Thailand and knew how to have a great time! Would recommend this to anyone who wants to have an amazing experience and a stress-free trip!

A really good balance on this tour, some times it feels like you spend a lot of time traveling but it’s always worth it when you get here, if you want a really good overview of Thailand then this is for you. A couple of days in most of the worth while places in the country, with the right amount of time in each place, good balance of chilled time, planned trips and free time.
Brief stay in Bangkok which is what we wanted as we came to see the islands and nature not the hot hustle and bustle of the cities. Khao Sok was absolutely breath taking and a great first stop for the tour, Koh Phangan was literally a dream, you spend 4 days there and it’s bliss and the chill time comes at exactly the right time in the tour. Phi phi feels quite short at the end of the tour but again you’ve got the right amount of time for chill, planned time and free time.
We met several leaders across our trip and honestly they’re all world class and couldn’t give you more, they bring everyone together, bring the energy to the group, and the knowledge of the countries/ area you’re in.
If you’re thinking of booking the 9 days but can afford the 12 days then do it, you won’t regret the time in Phi Phi with the group of friends you’ve made over the 9 days, trust me when I say DO THE EXTRA 3 DAYS!

Everything slows down, there are so many varied and novel experiences.
When deciding to go on an adventure like this you need someone to get you from A to B and have your fingers crossed that the group will interact well. Ben was a fantastic group leader, professionally taking care of the nuts and bolts of the trip.
More than that however, he was also completely unstifled, inspiring the group to let go, have fun and really get to know eachother. Everyone got along well. It was a great trip!

The tour was incredible! There was so much to do, the scenery’s where amazing and the tour ran very smoothly and effortlessly. It was worth every penny!
I saw and experienced so much more on this tour than I could've traveling my own. My Tour Leader Ben was awesome and made the tour so much more enjoyable.
Meals included did not cater for dietary requirements. We further went to costly places where our travelling budget did not accommodate for. We were not provided with options of attending cost options such as the fire show in phi phi island. We were only told when we partook. Possibly have more activities in Koh Penang - the night market was great. Showed us more of Thailand and connecting to their culture.
It was nice to relax on the trip and the full moon party was organised nicely. Everyone had a great time and having more possibility of bonding time such as bonding games would be fun in the future.

Overall I really enjoyed this trip from start to finish. The itinerary was great. All the transportation was really easy and comfortable. Accomadation was amazing. Some really beautiful places. The meals were a great mix of the traditional thai foods as wel as other nationalities. Ben was a great tour guide. Got everyone involved with his cheeky charm. He made the trip truely amazing. We will take some amazing memories away with us.

The itinerary and transportation was seamless and didn’t feel rushed or stressed. There was a good balance between group time and free time to do our own thing. In summary the tour was amazing made even better by Ben and his positive, upbringing personality and I will definitely be going on another intro tour in the future.

Some days were jam packed and found this quite tiring at times however we fitted so much in during the 13 days which you would never be able to organise yourself. Floating bungalows were a great experience however definitely not ‘luxury’ accomodation. One full free day & night at Serrana would’ve been amazing at that stage in the trip, however all in an amazing tour & holiday of a lifetime!!
Had the best experience and the best guide. I would definitely do it again in a year or two.

As a solo traveller, I was unsure what to expect but this tour didn’t disappoint and had a very inclusive approach especially for someone traveling alone.There was a good balance of activities/trips and nights out. The tour was good value for money. The leaders were very welcoming, friendly and approachable and they looked after everybody really well. Some of the accommodation could have been a little bit better in some places but it was ok. Overall I had an amazing experience and great memories that will last a life time.
Amazing trip! Will not be disappointed! Just tip you definitely need a little more money then led on! Trip was absolutely life changing and had awesome tour guides and a better tour group!

He has been absolutely hilarious and I cannot stress enough how great his dance moves are;)
As well as having a laugh and being a joker Ben has made sure that we are all in good hands and got us to where we need to be safely and as quickly as he could. He has always Made sure that everyone is included in the group and even came to look after us when we were all poorly!
Overall the whole tour has been an experience I will never forget and Ben has been absolutely amazing.

I’ve never really done anything like this before so did not know what to expect. The places we stayed at were amazing and the places we visited were beautiful. If I had booked the trip on my own I probably would not have been able to see all these amazing sites.
The group leaders were brilliant. Very informative and made the trip very fun. Benjamin in particular was a bag of laughs to be around and always asked to see if everything was okay.
We all became a huge family and this would not of been possible without the best tour leaders.
A big shout out to Benjamin Paddock, Brad and Joshua.

The three locations that the tour took us too were amazing, all for different reasons, and without this tour I am not sure I would of been able to fully experience it all by myself. For example, I have never heard of Khoa Sok, and neither have my friends that have visited Thailand previously, but this is a place I will 100% recommend that everyone has to visit!
Finally, our tour guide, Ben, was a big reason this tour was such a success, and why so many happy memories have been created. He was helpful and insightful, and included every person on the trip, making everyone feel at ease. Due to this, our whole group got on incredibly well, mainly due to Ben. So thank you Intro Travel, and thank you Ben for a really awesome tour!
Ben was a class, some would describe him as a 'hero', but those that know Ben, or should i say have had the honour of meeting him, would surely tell you that Ben is much more than that. Superman could not carry the tour like Ben can, Batman could not impart more of a weath of knowledge and Ironman, well he's dead (spoliers) and Ben is not dead.

We have been to many beautiful places and experienced AWESOME on this tour! Khao Sok National Park absolutely blew my mind. It was like being on the set of Avatar and we stayed on floating bungalows, …We have been to many beautiful places and experienced AWESOME on this tour! Khao Sok National Park absolutely blew my mind. It was like being on the set of Avatar and we stayed on floating bungalows, explored the lake with kayaks and even spotted monkeys. I love nature and a good adventure, so this was the highlight for me. We also got to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the beaches, snorkel and see fish that I’d only ever seen in the aquarium and stand in awe at some stunning view top points. Ben, our tour guide, was humble and immediately our friend from the get go. And it’s nice to have that support when travelling in a totally foreign place. I never had any worries and Ben could not have been more helpful, booking our transport back to Bangkok after our tour ends.

They really r…We booked this tour thinking that it would be people like minded people who wanted to see a bit of the world. Unfortunately it was more like a drinking holiday for the rest of the group. They really ruined the experience for us. They were loud and rude, very embarrassing as Thai culture is quite the opposite. It seemed like drinking was encouraged by the tour leader which probably didnt help. I think that was probably due to lack of experience on his part. Don't get me wrong, Ben was the sweetest guy, couldn't do enough to help, so charismatic and entertaining. We really did love him!
The tour itself was OK, good accommodation apart from the beds being really hard and uncomfortable. The national park was beautiful and Koh Phangan had gorgeous beaches and view points. We were just really fed up with the group by the end of our tour, would have loved to stay in Thailand for longer but we were glad we didn't book a longer tour.

This trip however was way above expectation! Always on the go, always new things(some old) to do, places to see, food and more food! My favourite part of this tour was the floating bungalow. Being able to wake up between mountains and body of water was unreal. I felt, nvm I was living my best life!
Benjamin Paddock this cheeky fella was our tour guy. He did his job well but explaining everything, giving us our daily itinerary and show us the way of life in Thailand. There was not a day he didn’t put a smile on my face as well as everyone in the group.
I highly recommend this tour for what it is.
Price was very affordable, food was amazing, guide was perfect, itinerary beyond expectation!

One negative was on our flight from Surat Thani to bangkok we were charged 300 baht / KG to check our bags.…Loved intro tour from start to finish. This turned a $50 flight into and u expected $250 flight.... for future reference telling people about this LARGE charge in advance would be helpful so they aren’t caught off guard.
