Nothing was too big or too small he would go above and beyond to help anyone out with anything. This is the perfect job for him as he is the most friendly loving and caring guy. Honestly this trip wouldn’t have been the same without him. Thanks again Aj miss you lots already x

We got exclusive experiences that other companies don’t offer in this country such as live aboard boat trip & visiting Moyo island & Satona island. Snorkelling with mantarays & seeing the Komodo dragons were highlights as was hiking to the viewpoint on padar island at sunset. Highly recommend!

When I mentioned to him that after the tour I wanted to visit the Luwak coffee plantation, he arranged to stop after and have a tour after we had been to the rice fields. He only did this after asking everyone in the group if it was okay. He always had the information needed when anyone had a question. He knew what he was doing and did it with style. He even took us to a local Gili T eating establishment to give us a taste of the real local food. Overall he was an amazing your guide and I would highly recommend his tours to anyone!

I appreciate his time that he spent to make our overall Bali experience unforgettable and a trip I will always remember. He made effort to get to know all of us in the group as individuals and was always friendly and would greet you with a smile on his face! At times we all needed help he was always there to guide the way and keep us all together and as a group at all times and always kept us safe. Any problems we had he would always have a solution and was willing to help, I could not have asked for a better tour guide for my Bali experience and thank him for making it so incredible for not only me but for everyone else on the tour

The 10 Day Tru Travels Bali Experience was amazing! Bali is such a beautiful and unique island, not at all what I had been expecting. Eman was an amazing guide, serenading is with music from his Ukule…The 10 Day Tru Travels Bali Experience was amazing! Bali is such a beautiful and unique island, not at all what I had been expecting. Eman was an amazing guide, serenading is with music from his Ukulele, giving us endless riddles as well as of course being a very informative guide. As I write this, he has just burst into song AGAIN. He has also been teaching other members of the tour how to play the Ukulele, and we’ve had mass sing alongs, which has certainly kept us entertained on long bus journeys. The accommodation in Canggu and Gili T is lovely, however the accommodation in Ubud wasn’t great, with damp and mould in the rooms, however I know that’s no ones fault but the hotel! Also would be great if the bikes were safe at the hotel in Gili T. The trip to the waterfall was fantastic, despite the torrential rain and subsequent thunderstorm which left us stranded in the restaurant. I was impressed that the water levels had been monitored to the extent that we were asked to get out of the waterfall as it was becoming too dangerous. I also wanted to say a big thank you to the trainee tour guides Andy and Wira. I’m very scared of heights and with that fear comes a fear of stair cases. Andy and Wira were fantastic and helped me up and down the steps at the rice paddies, which was much harder than I had anticipated, as well as walking with me and keeping me company when everyone else sped off and left me behind at the waterfall. The transport was lovely and clean, the working air con was such a good bonus!! Also big shoutout to Phoebe, who helped me keep my head on straight when I got in a panic or started to over think things too much. Overall the experience was great and Eman was fab! Would definitely recommend.

I like how He connected the adverse group and we all enjoyed ourselves, never at any stage did I feel left out or inferior. Keep up the good work, I will definitely visit this beautiful island again, and will definitely use Trutravels. The most memorable experience is the Snorkeling, Wow!!! For someone who can't swim and thought this is the part of the tour I would not participate, Eman encouraged me to go ahead I was as comfortable as ever, at one stage he even swim with me to the boat LOL!!! Thanks for the best time of my life :) :)

Bali has been absolutely amazing and it wouldn’t have been the same without Eman! His ability to get everyone out, drunk and enjoying themselves was next to nothing! We have all had an incredible 10 d…Bali has been absolutely amazing and it wouldn’t have been the same without Eman! His ability to get everyone out, drunk and enjoying themselves was next to nothing! We have all had an incredible 10 days full of culture, eating new cuisines and exploring numerous parts of Bali. The top few experiences would have to be climbing Mt Batur (even though it was torture getting up). The sunrise was unbelievable – Eman organised all of this even though it wasn’t on the itinerary! The rice fields were exceptional – I’ve seen a lot in south east asia, however these beat them all, particularly the swing!! I felt really safe during my time in Bali and Gili T, thanks to Eman expertise, he ensured my mosquito bites were cleaned and got me antibiotics which I’m hugely appreciative for. The food has been great and the restaurants Eman has taken us to have been lovely! All in all Eman is a great tour guide and can’t have asked for anything more! He’s friendly which is apparent due to how many friends he has in Gili T! Good job over the past 10 days – cheers for the laughs and terrible hangovers.

We’ve learn loads about the culture as well as getting involved with new experiences and swimming with the turtles and surfing. the hotels have been great and all staff are so friendly its been great having a bit more chill time in Gili and enjoying the party life. Transport has been great and so much more convenient to just be taken around from place to place without having to worry about where we are going. Eman has been the life of the party for the full 3 weeks, always entertaining and keeping spirits up even when we have a few moaners Dom was I’ll his couple of days but being absolut trooper still came out with us in Kuta lombok and entertaint for the rest of the trip both was super organised and always knew what we were doing and when also both was excellent photographers for the gram which was absolutely great when travelling alone. This was my first alone and so far away I felt comfortable and chill since the moment I arrived which is all down to the warm, openess and organisation

Amazing mongkey forest, Rice terrace, Gili , Snorkling... Wow! This trip is worth every single penny.

Our tour guide Eman was excellent at his job. He was very attentive and anything you asked for or needed he assisted you in anyway possible. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different place we visited.

There has been a great selection of activities, with a good balance between learning about culture and enjoying the beautiful scenery. All the accommodation has been lovely and a lot nicer than I ever imagined. There was a great choice for breakfast and really good facilities to use. Overall, i would really recommend this tour to anyone and I am now really considering doing another in Cambodia.

Eman always made sure we ate at the best places and always gave me information and recommendations on local food and drink, the accommodation was always clean and amazing value for money.

Gili T was the beast part of the trip, I enjoy all the water

The climbing of the mountain was pretty hectic, endded up being late and was rushing throw everything, made it even more difficult, once we got to the top it was beautiful felt like we couldn’t done lot more in these 10 days .

Night out and everyone had a good time .
Always friendly and fun. Helpful when going out , aranged taxis etc .
Two negative for me was the hotel in ubud where the food was not good and the room was not clean. Pillows was torn and old, bath not working etc
the other was the lunc on gili air at a place where the food was not great and no views of the sea.
Saw so many picture online of beautiful place and expected somuch more .

the leader are very good at including everyone but not puting preasure on you to do any activity that you dont want it theres been good balance of planned activity and free time

accomodation, restaurant and food was great. my favorite activity was snorkling in gili t and cooking class over all, I really loved the trip and would recommend to a friend, especially recommend Eman and Spicy

My experience visiting Bali have been amazing. This is my first international holiday and I must say I have enjoyed exploring all the beautiful places in Bali and Gilis. This is my first international holiday and I must say I have enjoyed exploring all the beautiful places in Bali and Gilis. The activities that we did were really fun and I have learned a lot through them. The food is very nice with a huge variety to choose from which I believe it accommodate everyone.
We had the opportunity to meet very fun and loving people whom we bonded through out the tour.

A fantastic trip from start to finish, the activities included were great and we were always kept busy but also had a fair amount of free time to chill out in between activities. The transportation wa…A fantastic trip from start to finish, the activities included were great and we were always kept busy but also had a fair amount of free time to chill out in between activities. The transportation was always organised and we never had to wait around for a long time for anything really! The only activity that we did that wasn't included in the itenary was the mount batur volcano sunrise trek which i really recommend doing as an extra! The hotels were all 3* and pretty decent, they all supplied us with breakfast and were all clean enough! Eman our guide was unbelievably incredible he was a true local and always knew the best places to be, see and do! The trip would not have been the same without Eman so thank you tru travels for employing such a great guy!
If you need to see Bali on a tight schedule i really recommend this trip, and be prepared to party till your hearts content!
