From the moment I embarked on my Bali adventure with Intro Tours, I knew it was going to be remarkable, but I truly wasn't prepared for just how transformative it would be. Right from the start, our tour guide, Liam, proved to be an incredible leader. His enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail transformed a diverse group of travelers into a close-knit family. His effortless coordination and dedication ensured that we could enjoy every moment without a single worry.
Liam's leadership shone as he guided us through a perfectly balanced itinerary. The tour offered an ideal mix of thrilling adventures, relaxation, fun activities, and ample personal time. This thoughtful arrangement allowed each of us to experience Bali at our own pace while still enjoying a shared journey.

Liam gets the whole group involved with everything and from the day we found out he was our guide answered any questions any of us had in our group chat. He knew alot about the places we stayed and his recommendations was spot on. (Food places, shopping, tattoos)

Liam is a great tour leader, keeps you informed at all times and makes sure you have the best time with lots of fun, making sure every single group member is involved. He went out of his way to make your life as easy as possible whilst on the trip, even after it had finished. I’ve booked my third trip already!

Our group leader Liam organized all travel, accommodations, and activities without a hitch, and brought a fun, positive energy every day of the trip.

Great trip, great itinerary. Opportunities to do extra activities during your Thai adventure, for example I did scuba diving. Kind and helpful team leader always on hand.

All of the activities were brilliant and all of the accommodation was amazing and excellent value for money! All of the food was gorgeous but would have liked more chance to go to specifically Thai restaurants as a lot of the restaurants we visited were very westernised. This is the only slight change I’d make and is an incredibly minor downfall of the whole trip. Thank you Liam and intro travel for the best possible two weeks!!!

We met some amazing people, including our tour guide, who got to know everyone individually and made sure everything ran smoothly. He kept the energy levels up and made sure our morale was high throughout the trip, while giving advice and support on where best to eat/ the culture and expectations of each place. The itinerary covered everything we wanted to do and more, each place we visited was beautiful and the transport was stress free and ran smoothly as we moved around the country. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to book with intro again!

Travelling as a group of 3 friends we decided that a group tour would be best so that we could see the best of Thailand and visit places we wouldn’t have otherwise known about. Our itinerary was amazing and had a great balance of sightseeing, activities, socialising and free time. We would 100% recommend Intro Travel to friends and are planning on booking with them again next year.
Our tour guide Liam has been amazing! He always went out of his way to resolve any issues we had or answer any questions like helping us change rooms when we had cockroaches. We found the fact that he helped everyone organise their onward travel after the tour had finished super helpful as we wouldn’t have known how to book a ferry and then taxi to our hotel.
As a tour group we all got on so we’ll together and have made life long friends. I think this is partly down to liam helping everyone get to know each other and bringing the group together.

He managed to keep his cool in certain situations which others might have found stressful and he was always there whenever we needed help or questions answered. Liam was a great asset to the trip and it wouldn’t have been the same without him.

In regards to the itinerary, I would suggest less time in Bangkok and more time in Kho Sok national park in the floating bungalows, as they were amazing. The snorkeling in Phi Phi was a highlight for me, as well as the ziplining in Chiang Mai. I would also recommend having an alternative source of communication other than Facebook, as if you don’t have an account, you may miss certain things. I also appreciated that there was other options in regards to night outs, and that Liam arranged transport & made sure everyone was happy.

Transportation- we had to do a few long trips in not the most comfortable transportation in Chang mai.
Accommodation- I mentioned to Liam that I would appreciate a single room and he did everything he could to make that happen in one destination which is very sweet of him.
Liam- He was great! He is so enthusiastic about his job and got involved with every part of the trip.
We tested his patience at times and he kept his cool and made a joke about it.
Even when maybe he didn’t feel his best he never showed it. Such a fab leader!!!

Only negative comment would be that the places that we're taken to are more expensive when there are definitely cheaper options around.

Liam was an amazing leader and to find out we were the first group lead only by himself was very surprising. He had great knowledge of the culture & locations, was always up for a drink(typical geordie) but always put the safety and needs of the group first.
I only marked down the meals as I would have preferred a more traditional menu at some of the resteraunts but as everyone else's taste needed to be met I can see why this was done.
