Since first meeting Hollie (our guide) at the airport I was at such ease. I knew I was in safe hands, every little detail was planned for so I didnt have to worry about a thing.
Hollie really brought everyone together and we had such a laugh.
As an avid traveller, this was honestly the best trip of my life!
We were immerced in culture and I did so many things that were out of my comfort zone.
This has been such a game changer and i will never look at a package holiday in the same way again. I actually put a deposit down for 2 more trips with this company on my last day and have my eye on a third :-)

It's hard to put into words the amazing experience I had. Hollie was a Fab group leader from organising us on tours to taking us to great restaurants and introducing us to local guides. I really like the fact that intro travel care about the places they visit. They are trying to get water containers in all accommodation to stop the extreme use of plastic. They have local guides and visiting Mr you's plantation was amazing, the elephant sanctuary was also an amazing experience, supporting them in giving retired elephants a home. I was one of only two solo travellers on the tour but everyone was so friendly and Hollie really helped me to feel included.
I will say if you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is not it and if you want a few days to relax then I suggest adding a few extra days on the end of your tour to do this as it is very full on but what you get to see and do makes it worth it.

Really enjoyed the itinerary and accommodation with my personal highlight of the tour being the speed boat island trip in Phi Phi. Have felt very welcome and relaxed from day one thanks to our tour guide (Hollie) who helped the group bond and kept spirits high throughout the trip. The locals are amazing and are so happy to share their culture and stories with you. Would highly recommend this experience and envy anyone lucky enough to have Hollie as their guide.
Had a great time with Hollie and intro travel. Lots of different activities to do which are great. Had a mint group of people to experience it with and would recommend it to anyone!

I was greeted at the airport by Hollie our group leader and knew straight away the trip was going to live upto expectations. I did the 9 day intro trip and what a 9 days it was..the locations we visited/stayed were fab, I would never of gone to them on my own.
Hollie made the whole trip effortless, I didn't even need a camera as she captured everything and forwarded the pictures on.

Prior to starting I had doubts over the trip being the group leader dragging you around the activities with little freedom and time to relax - however this was nowhere near the case, Hollie essentiall…Prior to starting I had doubts over the trip being the group leader dragging you around the activities with little freedom and time to relax - however this was nowhere near the case, Hollie essentially felt like one of the group and was one of the main reasons for the trip being so great!
As someone who has barely travelled before, I would definitely recommend the trip as you get the knowledge of the leader as well as the freedom to explore yourself, whilst not having to worry about organising anything yourself. The locations were amazing and it was a perfect balance of seeing Thailand’s culture, food and experiencing the nightlife!
Once again just want to give a huge shoutout to Hollie, she really made the trip what it was and the group was all in agreement we couldn’t have asked for a better leader!

Intro Travel were brilliant, everything was very well organised and smooth and very well thought out. Holly was a brilliant group leader, very fun and helped bring the group together. Everything was so well organised and all amazing fun - the National Park in Khao sok is the highlight of the trip. Everyone was included and made to feel part of the group. She’s also genuinely one of the most wonderful individuals I’ve met. Our accommodations were unique and in some incredible locations. Highly recommend! It avoids all the stress of organising activities and accommodation yourself. Hollie was amazing and made sure the trip ran like clockwork and made sure we had the best trip possible. She was always involved in the activities and came across as more of a friend than a tour guide which really added to the whole experience.
All the activities were incredible. There was not one day that we didn’t enjoy. There were even activities that would be unavailable if you didn’t travel with intro travel.
All the food and restaurants were amazing as well.
Couldn’t have asked for a better trip x

All accommodations were amazing and so many meals were included. Activities were all so much fun. Overall an amazing experience and wouldn’t change anything.

Our leader Hollie was just outstanding, a proper ray on sunshine even on the rainy days there, always having a positive attitude, making sure everyone was having a good time, being super organised and feeling safe in her hands. Intro are very lucky to have her. As this was my first tour as a solo traveller I would highly reccommend this company, this itinerary and if you are lucky enough to have her this leader Hollie. I already have my deposit down for my next intro tour

I did the 18 days which had lots of trekking and physical activity. I have very bad asthma and I felt so relieved that Hollie would go the extra miles to make sure I was okay and always comfortable and not hurting myself in any way. I am truly blessed to have an amazing friend like Hollie in my life and can’t wait to see her on one of my next two trips I just put a deposit down on.

Both Martin and Holly explained everything in great detail and answered all our questions with ease. The local tour guides were really good and really added to the experience. The itinerary was awesome with so many great things included. There was literally a bit of everything. My personal favourite was staying at the floating bungalows in Khao Sok. I would definitely recommend using Intro Travel and I can't wait to book another tour!

The tour is perfect for first time Bali visitors. In 9 days you visit most of the island like wonderful temples, rice terraces, beaches, surfing, snorkeling, a Bali family visit and a language session and in the evening there are wonderful sunsets and fun to go out.
