The highlight of my trip were the floating bungalows, Saran bungalows and winning volleyball. :) Laura our tour leader was amazing. She was fun and energetic at all times and nothing was ever too much hassle. he also went out of her way to ensure everyone was included. The trip is great for solo traveller, couples and groups of friends. I just wish i booked the 12 day tour. No to go book my next intro Travel tour. :)

Favourite part was definitely the copious games of beach volleyball (Mia and Phi - man what easy beats, but Nancy bosses on the court) and hitting “The Club.” Also special shoutout to Dave “the dopey” dog, he’s keeping it real 24/7.

Though the thing that really made the tour was our guide Laura, she was the perfect mix of fun, assured, knowledgable and capable. And she'sa wonderful singer... We felt in safe hands at all times and all laughed pretty much constantly. Thanks for the unforgettable memories and friends for life.

This was truly one of the greatest experiences of my life. Getting to travel and not have to worry about where we were going, how we were going to get there, or wondering what to do once we got there …This was truly one of the greatest experiences of my life. Getting to travel and not have to worry about where we were going, how we were going to get there, or wondering what to do once we got there took all of the stress out of the trip. It was the PERFECT mix of adventure, culture, and relaxation which allowed us all to see and experience various aspects of Thailand. Being “stuck” with a large group of random people for 9 days was a bit concerning at first since I usually enjoy traveling solo, but the people — thai and those in my group— are what made my experience so incredible. Amidst all the delicious food, beautiful sights, and unreal massages, our group leader, Laura, was by far the best thing about the trip. She took the time to make sure everyone felt included, sat and listened to all of our life stories, and shared her experiences with us as well; most of which are quite hilarious so get ready for lots of laughs :) She isn’t just an amazing leader, but also a wonderful friend and someone who I’m convinced would bend over backwards for anyone she meets. She was an absolute joy to be around and was a constant reminder to not take life so seriously. #F***OffSteve

We didn't have to worry about anything, she had so many awesome activities for all of us, she has amazing dance moves, I just absolutely loved her and Caroline. Laura is really a great tour leader and I believe she helped the group tremendously to glue together and have a lot of fun and share amazing memories. Honestly she rocks at her job and I would love to travel to Bali with her. Thank you for a great time!

George Adamson was our instructor and he was so professional throughout the PADI course. The accommodation in Koh tao could’ve been better though. We were set up in simple life talay, the beds were uncomfortable and had insects in them every night. No matter how much bug spray we used we would still get chewed every night. Otherwise the entire experience is one to never forget and I would highly recommend intro to everyone

On paper the itinerary looks light but in reality there is a perfect balance of activity and down time (which is often well needed).
Accomodations could be a bit better but no major complaints, this isn't the tour you go on if you are expecting 5 star luxury. Only the floating bungalow beds were truly uncomfortable.
If you have a huge appetite I would recommend packing snacks as some of the included meals are a bit light.

She was constantly making sure everyone was good and accommodated for; going room to room to ensure quality of stay, calling restaurants prior for dietary restrictions, and overall caring so much for every individual on this trip. I would recommend her, and this trip to anyone and every one. I’m a solo traveller and was initially nervous coming alone to Asia for the first time, but with her I felt safe and cared for.
Anywho, writing this is getting me emotional.

She knew lots about the thai culture and really got stuck in with the group from the get go. She made sure everyone was included, and really made sure we got the best out of the trip. She is confident, outgoing, funny and so friendly, but always makes sure that safety comes first in everything no matter whether it's travelling to a new city, or being out at the bars. She is a real credit to your company and definitely made my experience more enjoyable. The itinerary is perfect, there is soemthing fr everyone, and the value for money is absolutely mind boggling! Incredible! There is a mixture of culture, nightlife, wildlife and of course fun and crazy activities which is just exactly what I wanted out of this trip. She made sure nobody did anything they didn't want to, but encouraged us to face minor fears e.g swimming in the sea, in order to ensure we didn't miss out on anything spectacular. The food is great on the trips, we ate what the locals ate which is important. Ten out of ten!

If anything should be improved it should be the amount of travelling/transportation. I know it’s necessary to travel when we are going to the planned destinations but I wouldn’t mind if we skipped a destination to have less travel time. Quite a few days passed and all we did was travelling.
Except from that I have no complaints at all, everything was good and I felt so happy that Laura got to be our guide, she is really doing a fabulous job.

All activities were amazing and so memorable. The group was lovely and so was our group leader Laura!! Made me feel comfortable in a country I've never been before since day 1. Laura as a group leader was incredible! She’s so friendly, super helpful and easy to get on with! Her dance moves are phenomenal, and we had some hilariously random chats and moments! She’s helped me create some life long memories and couldn’t have asked for a better group leader!!

The trip itinerary was amazing, covering so much of Thailand in such a short space of time... including many hidden gems. Laura had everything organised to an absolute tee, we were looked after from start to finish. I’ve done many tours whilst travelling SE Asia... My tour guide has been the best compared with the other companies your guides. She took good cared of us (my boyfriend and I) from the beginning, and I really appreciated the airport pick up. I thought that going on a tour was going to be more expensive that on our own, but after being in Thailand, I realised that it was not expensive at all. I also loved that intro travel helped me to have a room for my boyfriend and I in all the places we went. They respected a lot that we were a couple and let us be together in the rooms, only the two of us and with the best rooms. They also respected when we did not want to join some of the activities as we wanted to be on our own. However, we never felt left out. Our tour guide always counted on us for all the activities. It was amazing to travel with my boyfriend and with such a nice group of people. It such an amazing company and tour. The tour leader also helped us to book the post accommodations and transport. I live in London and I will encourage my friends to book with intro travel as well as I am thinking about booking another tour to Vietnam or Bali soon. My best part of this tour was the blessing and offering activity in the temples.

I had such a wonderful time in Thailand. Couldn't have asked for a better leader! The transportation was fun as you never know what type you will receive, the transportation for the day definitely sums up the activity on the day as you get to take Tuk tuks and taxis provided by the local community and also brilliant sea views from the many water based transportation that you get to try. The accommodation was fun but also very comforting, safe and beautiful! The chosen meals on the trip have been selected from what is best offered and all restaurants/food stalls have something for everyone! My assigned guide was Laura Lindsey and they were both full of joy, banter and knowledge.

She always had an open second option for those who didn't want to stay out later drinking or partying and never pressured anyone to do anything they didn't want to. The activities were unreal, sticking true to the itinerary and almost every day was filled with fun experiences with a good mix of relaxing days to recover from a big night out or busy day before. The overall accommodation was great also as there was a good mix of beautiful beach bungalows and guest houses. The mix of people were also incredible and my overall experience was absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend Intro Travel and have put a deposit in for all the rest of the trips!

The excursions were all amazing and well thought out. The time between site seeing and relaxation time was well planned.
My tour guide was Laura and she was amazing!!! From the time I got off the plane she was there every step of the way to make sure I was enjoying my time. She was super welcoming and an amazing tour guide. I always knew what the plan was and if I ever had questions she was always accommodating. I would highly recommend her. If you’re lucky to get her as your group leader you’re in for a treat.
My only regret was not doing the 18 day tour instead of the 12 day. At the end of 12 days I wasn’t ready to leave. Oh well. Gives me an excuse to book another tour!

We would like to have the opportunity to see the country, but at the same time not be very tired in moving, as well as meet new people.
The tour is built in such a way that there is an opportunity to take a walk, see new places, find out cultural features, and there are days when you can relax and enjoy your vacation without rushing.
This program is more suitable for people who love clubs and nightlife: 70% of the evenings are taken out to dance and have fun. But if you are not a fan, then no one will force you, and at any time, though at your own expense, you can go home. Fortunately in Thailand low taxi prices :-)
It is also important that the tour is not designed for the most popular places, so, for example, on the day of arrival in Bangkok, when everyone is just getting together, you can have time to see the main attractions.
On the day of arrival in Bangkok, we walked around the city ourselves, imbued with local color, took a boat trip along the canals of Bangkok (about 1000 baht, bargaining is possible) - you are taken along the most picturesque channels, and taken to the Floating Market, and then taken and brought to Wat Arun - and it's awesome. A 2-day walk complemented our experience, but without an independent walk along the canals our image of Bangkok would be incomplete.
On the third day after the cooking class, there is time to watch the Grand Palace.
Then you will be taken to the Khao Sok National Park - and this is almost the most beautiful part of the tour.
We were delighted with the tour: we looked at the capital and other popular cities, rode boats, a ferry, a kayak, looked at the beaches, lived in a bungalow, tried Thai boxing and much more.
Score: 4.5 only because we love more activities, and I would like to add a little more.
The group is large, we had 21 people, this must be taken into account when you eat - a lot of new faces.
The leaders of the group were very nice girls. Laura is an excellent guide, thank you very much for her help :-) If something is not clear - you can always ask again, they will try to help you with everything. At our request, we arranged a transfer to another island in the hotel after the end of the tour.
Of course, there were some disadvantages in the organization: the next day plan is often discussed the day before, and you also have to build your plans at the last moment. When you eat from Ko Pangan to Phi Phi, the transfer takes 7 hours, but they tell you to take only a snack, and there was no place or time along the way to buy normal food.
In Kao Sok you only eat with light luggage (!) So you need to put the laundry, washing accessories and swimsuit in a small backpack or bag, because the rest of the things will immediately leave for the next item!
However, in any situation, the group leaders are ready to help you and meet, very, very pleasant communication and a lot of help can be expected.
Once again, we were very pleased.
