Intro does an amazing job in terms of planning the tour, covering as much as possible and balancing it with fun filled party nights. The group was also a big plus, and from what I hear, all intro tours have good groups.

Andrew played a big part in making my trip so enjoyable from the moment I stepped off the plane. He was professional and just fun to be around. The actives were amazing and the whole trip is such good value for money. The trip is up there with one of the best experiences of my life and I have friends back home already booking tours with intro travel just from seeing my pictures which shows how great it is. My expectations prior to coming on this tour were pretty low after a poor experience I’d had with another tour company in Thailand which concluded just before I flew out to start my Bali Experience.
My expections couldn’t have been any more opposite as the trip went above and beyond and has been a once in a lifetime experience from start to finish! I find it difficult to pick a fault with any of it or a suggested improvement. Where do I start in picking a highlight as I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every fun filled activity included in the trip. If I had to chose, I was blown away by the snorkelling trip in Gilli T as I became almost nose to nose with turtles!
However, what really made this trip was the group leader Andrew Welsh. Without his hard work, enthusiasm and bubbley personality I wouldn’t have enjoyed my time as much as I have. Every quality you need in a tour guide for the entire 12 days. No one should hesitate about booking this trip. Thank you to Intro Travel and Andrew himself for giving me memories that i’ll remember for a lifetime!

There were so many amazing activities and experiences jam packed into the last 9 days. Just a couple of the highlights for me would have to be learning to surf with some of the local instructors and when we went out to spot what seemed like hundreds of dolphins. Food was great everywhere and locals at different activities always looked happy to see us and Andrew our group leader. Andrew was really helpful all the way through our trip and made the experience very enjoyable. I couldn’t fault this trip and would recommend it and Andrew as a group leader to anyone considering!

The tour was really well organised meaning we were able to explore so much of Bali in a such a short space of time. There were so many activities included such as seeing dolphins, Scuba diving, snorkelling and seeing waterfalls and temples. The accommodation was a very high standard and the mini bus we all shared made it so easy to travel around from place to place without having to organise taxis all the time. At every area where we stayed our group leader Andrew was really helpful in giving us information about the culture as well as giving really good recommendations on where else we should visit in the area. He made sure we were able to explore all the best parts of Bali and make the experience very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend the trip and especially our group leader Andrew.
All in all a great tour, decent itinerary with some days to just relax if needed. Favorite part was the surfing in Kuta and the visit to the Balinese family (best meal you'll eat on the trip). Our guide Andrew was such a bloke, real friendly and professional. The food is the one aspect that can be improved, since a lot of the places we ate at were relatively expensive compared to other options in Bali.

My favourite restaurant was in Ubud (the steak house) the second meal in Ubud was ok but portion sizes were very small for the walk the next day. Andrew was great, he mixed in well with the group and made sure everyone was getting involved. I liked how there were pools in all the accommodations and the villa was amazing! All the guides were really friendly and helpful and the tour as a whole seems very organised and it shows how much research has been done into the trips!

The only con of the trip was how small the vans were and how rushed it sometimes felt it was but I feel that is a given as it is only a 12 day tour. The tour is well planned and there is still a lot of free time, so you can still do your own think. On Gili T you get the offer to go scuba diving, and if you have the money for it you should definitely do it, it was unforgettable!
Andrew (our groupleader) was the best. He was so sweet, and made sure everyone had a great time! The tour is perfect if you’re looking for an easy and good way to start your journey, before going off on your own.

The accommodation was better than expected and always clean and the staff were always friendly. Good transportation to every place, it was comfortable and the drivers always helped with your bags. The food was good, always a good selection and good quality.
Andrew was amazing as our overall group leader, always super friendly and joined in with all our conversations and made everyone feel at ease and always checking everyone was ok. We also had Tom and Dan with us for some of the trip who were also great, I did not stop laughing the whole trip.
My favourite activities were the dolphins, surfing, cooking lesson and the temples everything was so well organised and thought out.
My favourite place was gili t, such a chilled out place with something for everyone and the accommodation was great.
Experience of a lifetime and have made some friends for life. I would definitely recommend to everyone and will definitely be coming back to Bali.

It is hard to pick a favourite activity as I enjoyed them all. Gili islands were my favourite place and Andrew made the difficult journey bearable. Andrew clearly has built great relationships with the locals and it made a big difference to the activities we experienced. The activities were fun and varied with a good selection for everyone’s taste. The accommodation is great quality with welcoming staff, very clean facilities and good amenities.
Only downside I can honestly say is that it just did not last long enough!!

Andrew made sure that the restaurant knew it was my birthday and my food intolerances so they could prepare a dairy free desert which made it very special!
During free time, a few of us went scuba diving on Gili T, which helped me to overcome some of my fears in the water :-)
Overall it was a great trip, I met some great people and enjoyed some great activities in an amazing country and will always remember my 30th birthday and the amazing memories.

The group has quickly become an extended family including our group leader Andrew. Andrew was there to inform us, provide recommendations and was effortlessly one of the group rather than just a leader.

And our guide Andrew was the best! You always felt safe with him and he made us all laugh A LOT! I really appreciate all the help I got along the way like onward travel. The accomodation was better than I expected. Would definitely recommend this trip!!

I decided to go with a tour because I don’t wanted to worry about anything - that’s what actually happened. I met nice people from all around the world. Days were well planned with enough free time to explore the islands on your own and to do shopping. Also the restaurants we were introduced to served amazing food and the included meals were nice. Transport and accommodation was amazing! The group leader became part of a family and was really informative ! Cheers to you Andrew ! My favourite parts of the tour have been the home stay, snorkeling & seeing the dolphins plus beautiful Gili Islands.

Andrew was so welcoming and made everyone feel included. Loved that we got picked up even before the tour started as coming to a different country can be quite overwhelming. The home stay was definitely something I won’t forget and I’m really grateful that I got to experience this as I wouldn’t have been able to do something like that if traveling solo. All the accomodation is comfy and the staff are always very friendly. Would 100% recommend to a mate as I couldn’t fault it. So glad I got to meet all the amazing people on this trip and it’s definitely one of my favorite tours I’ve done, thanks you Andrew for being so fab :)

Also really enjoyed the home stay as would never of been able to do something like that if I was to travel solo. Accomdation was much better than I thought it would be as the all of places had amazing views. My tour guide was particularly very helpful towards the whole trip and was very caring for everyone needs. Really appreciated everything Andrew did for the group as a whole.

Our group leader Andrew was very welcoming and took care of all airport pickups personally in a very professional, polite as well as friendly manner - even before the tour had actually started, as some travelers decided to arrive a couple of days earlier. The trip’s activities were all very well organized, interesting, funny, and yet intellectually stimulating. Having traveled for almost 5 years in total, I think I can now safely say that this was by far the best tour of my life - thanks to our group leader Andrew who was very connecting and provided a lot of information from the the beginning.

I don't know where they find the people to run the tours but the tour guides represent the company in the highest esteem they are genuine caring and attentive.On this trip I had Andrew who from the very first email looked after me as I wasn't feeling well and made me feel better as soon as we met. He was the consummate host and showed a real passion for not only his job and the culture of Indonesia but the people on the trip as well as everyone encountered along the way be it the hotel staff to helping out a stranger on the ferry from the Gili Islands, all I can say is if you get him as a guide you will be lucky. Don't hesitate book the trip and you to will be saying "I Love My Life!!"

From the communication with the head office, very helpful. To the start of the trip being met by a welcoming member of the team after a looong travel. To being transferred around in nice bus/cars ...very comfortable and the drivers represented the company well. The accommodation choices were great... I was very surprised at how lovely and clean the hotels were and the villa (you are in for a treat). The choice of activities had a nice mix of culture/ nature/ and active (snorkeling, cycling). Then the glue holding all this adventure together ....our team leader Andrew aka Drew.... from the first meeting he made me feel so welcome and at ease. He ensured everyone was ok and everything ran smoothly...definitely went above and beyond! He really helped make this Bali experience very special...thanks!!will definitely be recommending this company to my people.

The organization of pick up and transportation from the airport on arrival was brilliant, great start to the holiday. Drew was very welcoming, happy and informative. Accomodation has been great, especially the Villa. All accomodation clean and overall nice.
All the trips have been amazing, for me, the dolphin and home visit was the best day. Drew was always so informative of what we were doing, times we were meeting, safety etc. I always felt safe and in the know.
Great balance of cultural trips as well as relaxing/ beach activities.
