He was a good driver, with quality over quantity commentary. He stopped to show us the best bits and recommended places to eat and drink in each stop, which always turned out great.
He was down to earth attitude, with funny sense of humour and clearly knew his history.
Tour itself was well paced, saw breathtaking scenery and tried a lot of local food and learnt way more than I would have had I organised this myself.
Would thoroughly recommend this tour to tick the Isle or Skye and the bits in-between off your bucket list or any motivation to go!
Had a blast as a solo traveller.
Unfortunate that the itinerary changed somewhat due to coronavirus, but all reasonably well handled by the company, and still was left with a great experience.

Super fun trip with a super fun guide! We learned a lot through the included stories and about the region. Calum was incredibly passionate and funny! We really enjoyed having him as our guide.

The hostel room I got in Portree was not really good but another hostel for second night was really amazing.
I would gladly travel with Haggis again if I ever visit Scotland and moreover I am still in Love with Scotland.

Only one piece of feedback would be the accomodation- the hostel in Portree wasn’t great- I wouldn’t return to that hostel ever. The following night near Loch Ness was fantastic though- super clean and good vibes.
I would recommend to family and friends (but would tell them to book their own accomodation in Portree if the hostel remains the same)!!

I really enjoyed the tour. I'm not used to being on a tour and not knowing what the itinerary was going to be each day, which was hard for me to get used to. However we went to some lovely places, so …I really enjoyed the tour. I'm not used to being on a tour and not knowing what the itinerary was going to be each day, which was hard for me to get used to. However we went to some lovely places, so I was happy. It is worth noting that the breakfasts are not included at most of the hostels and were pretty standard food if you pay for it. Really enjoyed the Ceilidh, even though we were the only people there. All in all, I enjoyed myself and loved seeing these parts of Scotland.

Was one of the best experiences I've had. Calum and the crew really looked after us, the tour was informative, hilarious, and I made friends that I still have today. Highly recommended!

This was a great five day trip! We got to see parts of Scotland that most only ever get to see on a postcard. Calum was a great driver and tour guide as he was funny, and knowledgable about the places…This was a great five day trip! I got to meet a lot of great people and made several new friends who made the trip that much more enjoyable. I would not only recommend this trip to my friends, but would want to take again if I had the chance.

He made the group to get to know each other on the first hour which made the trip amazing because there was really a good atmosphere within everyone and I made some really good friends! This trip was really amazing, worth any pound, I would recommend this trip to anyone and maybe I will do this one again!

The daily routes through the Hig…Trip happened during a week of incredible weather - sunshine/blue skies/constant 20-25°c/no wind/not a single drop of rain and was the most stunning I've ever been on. The daily routes through the Highlands & drop-off locations were picked brilliantly by the guides to make the most of that fact! Accommodation in Oban and on Skye was basic but comfortable & clean, staff very friendly. Can't say enough good things about Morags Lodge in Fort Augustus, food/staff & rooms all excellent and the bar games at night had everyone getting involved. Our tour guides Calum and Peter spent every night with us and we're both top blokes who made sure everyone was taken care of at all times. Really can't say enough good things about this tour, would recommend it to anyone who likes being outdoors and big socials. 5 Stars.

Calum was great with stories and answering questions, however I found him quite unapproachable and blunt. He wouldn’t interact with us outside of the bus and one night with alcohol he came across quite rude to some of my fellow tour guests. Peter on the other hand, was incredible! For his first 5 day tour he interested with us, he made us feel really welcome and was happy to try and answer any questions we had. I feel like the hostel on the isle of Skye saucy Marrys was probably the bottom grading hostel out of the three we stayed at but over all it was a good trip. The itinerary was a bit confusing though, each day we weren’t told where we were going or what we were doing so it was hard for us to figure out what shoes to wear or clothes. We always had time for lunch but it was always between 11-2:30 which is quite a broad time to be guessing when we were going to have lunch as we were never told. But great experience, bit expensive for what we paid but would recommend! Thanks guys!

The five days was packed with sight-seeing and adventures, I thought the timing and structure of each day allowed for plenty of exploring as well as covering enough ground to see all the major sights. My guide Calum was very energetic and entertaining the whole week, which was very impressive given the busy days and he never seemed to get tired. He knew so much of the history that made it feel like we were having fun but also learning. Only suggestion I have is to maybe spend a longer time at Skye. The hostels were mostly great, particularly at Inverness for the first two nights, and in Oben for the final night.

The Haggis Mega Highland Tour was fantastic. I have never been on a bus tour when the traveling between stops seemed so short. There were always interesting little stops to make and interesting facts …The Haggis Mega Highland Tour was fantastic. I have never been on a bus tour when the traveling between stops seemed so short. There were always interesting little stops to make and interesting facts and banter and songs to keep our spirits high. Calum and Rich were the perfect tour guides on our bus and there were extra Haggis Helpers at every night stop to make sure our accommodation was all sorted on our arrival.
I'm not an extrovert and usually dread forced social interaction but the tour was so perfectly arranged that everyone had the option of sticking together or doing their own thing every night. I was so busy having fun with pub quizzes and Ceilidhs and beach parties that my family got cross I wasn't sad about not being home for Christmas.
Would highly recommend this tour to any Christmas Orphans wanting to do something with a limited amount of time and money.

The trip was fantastic! It's awesome that this runs through Christmas, as everyone on board was away from home. Touring Scotland was the best thing you could do if you can't go home to see your family…The trip was fantastic! We all had a lot of fun and an excellent Christmas day, which featured one of the most stunning scenic places I've ever been to (and I'm from NZ, so that's saying something). Highly recommended.
