The Šargan Eight is a UNESCO-protected narrow-gauge railway from 1925 that winds through Mokra Gora's mountains in old wooden cars with wood-burning stoves. You'll see Emir Kusturica's Wooden City, a restored village of traditional chalets, and get photos of the famous House on the Drina from Bajina Bašta. This tour works for ages 2-90+ and includes Belgrade hotels like Hotel Prag or City Savoy, with most people booking in August-September.

Zlatibor's got some nice natural spots, starting with the 9-kilometer Gold Gondola Lift ride up to Tornik peak with views all around. You'll visit Sirogojno's open-air museum to see traditional mountain homes and the famous Sirogojno sweaters, then head underground to Stopića Cave—a 2,000-meter river cave with halls that reach 50 meters high. Local kafanas serve traditional Serbian food like kajmak and fresh fish.
