Tours & Trips including San Blas Islands

We had a very nice time at the San Blas island of Yanis. It's a small paradise! Plenty of time to relax. Why not 5 stars? Small things, like the chaos at the waterfront when you need to be directed to the correct boat and there might be some more activities posible on the island, for example as simple as a football (as you don't bring that your self). In the tour description was a sunken gunboat, but as nobody was able answer our question in English and I can't talk Spanish, we where not able to find it. I think that language has been a barrier for us as for example the optional visit to Kuna Yala Village was never offered of mentioned to us. The description of the trip mentions a 4x4 jungle drive. To set the right expectations: the route does indeed pass through the jungle, but it follows a well-paved road, so it wasn't quite the experience we had anticipated. This feedback is to improve evenmore as the overal trip was just amazing! I loved every minute of it and if you are doubting.... don't. Just go!

This tour exceeded my expectations. Everything was well-organized, from the transfers to the excursions. I loved visiting the Old Town and the boat ride on Gatun Lake. The trip to Taboga Island was a true paradise.

San Blas islands are really amazing. Chichime has few tourists compared to some of the other islands. The first night I was the only tourist on the island. The hosts are preparing fresh seafood for lunch and dinner and one boat trip for visiting other islands and to go snorkelling was included. Accomodation is simple, but beautiful with electricity only a few hours in the evening. The drive from Panama City to the jetty is very scenic and during the boat trip you pass some very beautiful islands. Overall an amazing trip.
