The experience was amazing! The tours were informative, interesting and fun. The tour guides were excellent! The hotels were beautiful but the dinner at the Catalonia hotel was awful. The breakfast was pretty good. The room was good but we couldn't get our internet to work properly in our room to watch television. Overall we had a wonderful experience even with the hiccups.
3-Day Cordoba, Seville & Costa del Sol from MadridIt is very fast and some in the group with limited mobility had problems keeping up. Not a lot of instructions are given in how to get back to the bus. They provide instructions as if they were speaking to locals - the majority of us were first timers.
Madrid and AndalusiaThe locations on our trip were amazing! Wish we would have had more time at each stop. The car and hotels were great! We had a small issue with the car rental return because we needed to return the car prior to the time the business opened. They did make accommodations for us but it did cost us an additional fee. Overall, great communication from customer service! Thank you!
