Our family of four booked with New Horizons for the 6 Days Rwanda-Uganda Gorilla Experience. We made a few changes to the 'standard' itinerary to suit our preferences and New Horizons were very accommodating and responsive to our requests. The tour itself was an amazing experience, combining wildlife tours while also learning of Rwandan/Ugandan culture. Hotels and food options were also excellent. Our guide for the tour, Viateur, was absolutely fantastic. He took care of all of our needs and shared his own personal perspectives of life in eastern Arica. Hearing from local guides gave us a much broader experience on the tour and we very much hope to visit this part of the world again in the future.

The trip of a lifetime! We fit so many great activities into such a short time. We saw everything there was to see (the big five and more!). The chimp and gorilla trekking was the highlight of the trip. We were able to spend so much time just feet away from these amazing creatures. The country was incredibly beautiful. Our guides Veronica and John gave an unparalleled experience with their professionalism and knowledge. By the end of the trip we considered them family. Mukisa Safaris is the way to go if you are traveling to Uganda!

I had an absolutely incredible time on this tour, and I can't recommend it enough! Aron, our tour guide, was truly excellent – knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience so much fun from start to finish. The tour offered fantastic value for money, exceeding all my expectations with its well-planned itinerary and seamless execution. Every moment felt worthwhile, and I felt I got so much more than I paid for. Seeing the gorillas was, without a doubt, the absolute highlight for me. Witnessing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat was a truly unforgettable and deeply moving experience that I'll cherish forever. This tour was a perfect blend of adventure, education, and breathtaking encounters!
