We had the most incredible experience trekking the Annapurna Circuit with Escape Himalaya in March 2022. The trip was certainly eventful, the weather perfect and the scenery spectacular! Both Dip (guide) and Naba (porter) were amazing in looking out for us throughout the trip. Dip taught us so much about the local culture and customs and we've come back hooked on the card game Jhyap. As we were on a private tour Dip allowed us to be flexible in our itinerary and was very thorough in outlining all the options so we could extend some days and shorten others to best suit our needs. We can’t wait to come back to Nepal in the future and without doubt would go straight to Escape Himalaya for any future treks and would recommend them to anyone looking to do the same. They were extremely organised in arranging all the logistics required for us before, during and after our trek and meant we were able to focus on truly experiencing the Nepal and the Himalayas. Annapurna Circut Trek
Sherpa Expeditions & Trekking made my whole experience safe, easy and smooth. I was travelling solo and booked this tour due to the law change requiring a guide, but regardless I am glad I went with them. They made sure I had all of the gear that I didn’t realise I needed, and knew where the trail was at spots where I doubt I would have found it easily. As we crossed the high pass, there was a lot of snow falling, so having an experienced guide with me was very reassuring for the crossing. They were also very flexible, and made it easy for me to adjust the itinerary to have more time in Pokhara at the end. My guide was Dawa Sherpa (the shorter Dawa), and I am very grateful that I was paired with him. He may be short, but wow he can also move fast. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped make the experience personal, explaining things and translating along the way. He was also efficient, prebooking accom further ahead to make sure we had beds. And the sliced apple every night was a great touch. Thank you Dawa, and SET, for making my trip one to remember for the rest of my life. I hope to trek with you again sometime.
Annapurna Circuit Trek 15 Days
We had a fabulous time in Northern India, Nepal and Bhutan. Each day we were guided by excellent English speaking guides, and careful drivers. As it was just my son and I, we had extensive time in every location and saw so much! The weather was hot in India but this meant the number of other tourists was very low, so we had fantastic visits to all the sights. Loved Bhutan - an incredibly beautiful country, wonderful culture and people, a real highlight of the trip.
