The activities were fantastic but in August, we had booked a twin share. It was paid for in September. In December we were contacted & confirmed 2 separate beds. We arrived at our accommodation in El Nido to a tiny room (toilet & shower together, no screen) & a queen bed. The hotel said it was booked the same day as the query about 2 beds. we complained & were left dangling until we found our own room at another hotel with 2 beds & paid for it ourselves. This was very disappointing. Better information about where to meet transfers would be good. We waited in front of our hotel for a vehicle, only to find out after confusion the meet was on the beach & we walked.
