Can I Join Any Local Cultural Activities in Luang Prabang?
The morning alms-giving ritual called Tak Bat is something you really shouldn't miss. It happens at sunrise when monks in their bright saffron robes walk silently through the streets collecting food offerings from locals. You'll find this beautiful tradition near major temples like Wat Xieng Thong just make sure to dress modestly with shoulders and legs covered and keep a respectful distance. How Do I Get Around Luang Prabang?

If you're heading further out like to Kuang Si Falls lots of people rent motorbikes. The Mekong River boats are great for reaching places like Pak Ou Caves and give you amazing views along the way.
