A great 11 day intro to the republic of georgia including beautiful mountain views, a modern city of Batumi, a historical walk through Tbilisi, and wonderful meals with Georgian hospitality. I couldn't ask for a better weather for the trip. The guide Zurab was full of energy, super fun, and so informative on Georgian culture. He helped me out regarding booking a taxi, getting a sim card and providing ideas during free time. It was a relaxed trip into such an untouristed country with a European flair with old churches and great food. I really wished we had more than a day to explore Ushguli...that's a super cool old timey* place to explore. Long travel days, but lots of unexpected surprises along the way. Highly recommend!!!

Everything has gone in the best way: good hotels, comfortable car, good driver Mr. Robert for transfer from airport, excellent guides: Ms Giuli for Tbilisi and especially Mr Temor, for the rest of the tour, who was very capable in explaining us many things about the country, was always helpful and has given us excellent restaurant recommendations. The itinerary is well organized and is useful to give an idea of the country. There was no mishap or unexpected. Keep in mind that if you want you can ask to replace the hotels proposed in the program.

Paata was such a great ambassador for Georgia and this tour really took us to unique areas outside of the main cities. Vardzia, Teni Tea, and Akhaltsikhe were definitely the highlights for me. All of the churches and monasteries were truly moving as well. I’d recommend this be booked along with a group as I was a solo traveler and there were no others on the tour. A private tour is a privilege but it’s a long trip one on one.
