I had this tour, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I landed in Guwahati, the warmth of the local culture and history. Shillong was a amazing, with its cool climate and stunning landscapes. The guides were knowledgeable and explained the history behind every site we visited. Kaziranga wildlife experience was wonderful. The hotels were good. Our driver was fantastic, always punctual and friendly. I’d highly recommend this tour for Northeast India.

We enjoyed this tour very much. We were lucky to get a fantastic calm driver, a real bonus on the long mountain roads in Arunachal Pradesh. The tour organisers made special efforts to ensure we maximised each day’s sightseeing opportunities. One or two of the hotels could have been more comfortable but overall the hotel choices were adequate. The wildlife seen in Kaziranga exceeded expectations but unfortunately the crowds of safari vehicles made the safaris both dusty and crowded! We will be back in the future to hopefully visit Meghalaya and Nagaland

Everything went according to the agreed plan, so I have nothing to complain about. Sometimes the driving was too long for a single day, it would be nicer if the tour included moving to hotels closer to the destinations, which would allow for more time to visit other places. I went during March, which meant that waterfalls had minimum to no water, so if you are interested in that, I would suggest a different season. My suggestion to the tour operator would be to add tours for Meghalaya that include more physical activities, like the bamboo trek, which can appeal to younger people. Some of the activities were too simple and not really worth hours of driving. Thank you for organising my trip and answering all my queries!
