This 10-day route winds from Prague Castle to Budapest's Parliament. UNESCO sites include Třebíč's Jewish Quarter and Bratislava Castle. Guests enjoy 9 nights in 3-4 star hotels, daily breakfast, and welcome dinner in medieval Prague.

- Days 1-2
Prague
Start your trip with an afternoon walking tour of Old Town Square. Visit around 4 PM to see the Astronomical Clock's hourly show without large crowds. One traveler's advice: "Get to Prague Castle right at opening (9 AM) to beat the tour groups and enjoy St. Vitus Cathedral in peace." For the best photos of Charles Bridge visit at dawn before the artists set up their stalls.

- Day 3
Holašovice and Český Krumlov
Drive 2.5 hours south to these UNESCO sites. Visit Holašovice in the morning for the best light to photograph its Baroque farmhouses. Head to Český Krumlov for lunch. - Days 3-4
High Tatras Mountains
Drive 3 hours through Tokaj wine country and stop for a wine tasting. Continue to Slovakia's High Tatras mountains. Take warm layers even in summer since mountain temperatures change quickly.
