I had an absolute blast at San Vino this year! Accommodation was good, although I barely slept! The campsite is always alive with parties, drinking games and travellers from all over the world. I've met so many cool people. The food was freshly prepared by a small kitchen team. I think the kitchen team worked the hardest out of everyone, they had a lot of mouths to feed! The actual wine fight was brilliant! On the mountainside next to the vineyards people are spraying wine, throwing wine and launching wine all over everybody. I am so happy that I got a waterproof pouch for my valuables as they would have gotten soaked! All in all an absolutely unforgettable experience and I will for sure be back next year!

Be aware that being with PP there is only 1 entrance you can gain entrance to Tomatina on the day and it is quite out of the way and difficult to find. We took an hour to eventually find it with another group that was lost as they had a friend who could guide us in on their phone! Also we left the after party at 2am and there were no taxis and we couldn’t find one to come and collect us. The coach arrived eventually so that was our only option as it was a very remote location.

I had an excellent trip to last year to the Wine Fight in Spain, i was a solo traveler but i met so many cool people which i enjoyed my trip with. I upgraded to the glamping option, which gave me some luxury at the campsite i could not recommend this enough. Guides helped get the party started and meals were great and would recommend adding the booze option for £10 per day.
