Gili Islands have got to be one of my all time favourites during my time travelling. The snorkeling/scuba sites are fantastic.

There was just the right mixture of doing things and having downtime to ourselves, I’ve made great friends and will never forget the 12 days I had with Kerri and the others within my group, felt like I’ve made friends for life and would recommend this tour to anyone out there of any age! Kerri was always putting us first and making sure we was all okay, and she didn’t feel like just a leader but more of a great friend from the moment we was introduced and is a credit to the intro travel team. it’s been a blast, and a trip of a lifetime! The whole trip didn't have a dull activity, from the surfing, to the waterfall, to the home-visit, every experience was unique and extremely enjoyable. Additionally, the tour was planned in such a way we were given free time and breathing room when necessary.
Even beyond all of the activities I was really impressed with Kerri. She did an amazing job taking care of the group; herding us from activity to activity without making it feel like we were being herded from activity to activity. She's extremely personable and confident, and it really felt like hanging out with a good friend who was just very competent, but also really fun. Would highly recommend Kerri as a guide to anyone.

Our tour guide was f***ing amazing. She was super patient, knew lots about the culture, and it seemed like EVERYONE was her friend. She was (and thus we were) warmly greeted everywhere. She was willing to answer all of my annoying and repetitive questions and made sure the group was very clear on the plan the day before. She was super nice, kind, and lots of fun to go out with. She was actually my favorite person on the trip. I seriously could not have asked for a better guide!

Our leader Kerri could not have been more helpful - the only thing I had to worry about was waking up on time so that relieved me of a lot of stress and planning. The main highlights of the trip for me was Visiting Gili T, the monkey forest, family visit and surfing.

The trip was really well organized and I felt completely safe and taken care of the whole time. There was a perfect balance between activities and free time, for which Kerri would always give us loads of suggestions to make the most of it. The group was great as well and everyone was always up for a laugh. I will miss these people a lot, especially Kerri. She’s the funniest and she even managed to motivate me to get to the top of the volcano, although she did try to push me off several times. Will miss you Kerri, hope to see you again!

I got to surf,(if that’s what we’re calling it) I swam with the dolphins, (yes swam with them, because we don’t listen) and I chilled with our primate cousins. Everything I set out to do on my list was checked off. And I have the media to prove it.
What I’m trying to say is she delivered the goods. Although she did take advantage of me on my first time drinking hard liquor (Irish waterfall that was on fire) and effective separated me from my sexy as hell trip partner to have a girls sleepover.
Other than that she was cool and would love to have her again as trip leader.

Everything was well-organised and good fun. Some of the accomodation is fantastic (especially the villa). It supplies a good mix of partying, nature and . culture.
The tour leader Kerri was awesome, really helpful, great fun and knew the locals well.
Only regret is that I didn't do the 12 day.

There were so many highlights on the trip that I don't think I could narrow it down to just one. Gili T, Mt Batur, the local family visit and Monkey Forest are definitely a top 4. All of the accommodation is fantastic and the scenery is amazing. Kerri made everyone feel so welcome and ensured that everyone was part of the group and never left on their own. I was originally doing the 9 days but was enjoying it so much that I decided to add on for the 12 days. Kerri made it and easy transition for me and helped me to arrange all of my onward travel. Kerri made us all feel safe at all times which made it easier to relax and enjoy ourselves in every new place. I also loved watching how much the locals loved her and got excited to see her in each new place. Kerri also managed to teach us little bits of Indonesian which was really fun! (Not that I could actually pronounce half of it). Kerri was honestly, hands down, the best and most accommodating guide I've ever had on any travel trips so far!!

Main tip would be to travel light as your constantly moving . During the tour Kerri really brought the group together, and made it feel like I was traveling Bali with friends I had known for years. She was really passionate about her job, and had great knowledge of Bali, answering all questions that was put forward to her. I really feel Kerri played a vital part in my Bali experience, and she went above and beyond her role as a group leader. I will definitely be booking another tour, I had an amazing time.

The tour has been fab and exceeded all expectations I had ... amazing activities, amazing accommodation and amazing people. Everything has run so smoothly and that is down to Kerri Hill who has been the BEST tour guide EVER. There hasn't been one moment when she hasn't been helping us, entertaining us, laughing with us .... she is always smiling and is so positive. It must be quite a challenge to herd 23 people round Bali and keep everyone happy & safe, but Kerri is awesome and did it effortlessly. I wish we could do it all over again!! Huge thanks to Kerri, you have given us the best intro to Bali!!!! xx

Balintro allows you to experience Bali to the maximum, yet still have free time for yourself. This has been an experience of a lifetime for me. The age range of my group was 18-30 with solo, couple, and friend travellers so no matter how you're travelling, you will fit in. I am 28 and loved it. Every day is an adventure; one of my favourites being snorkelling around the Gili Islands and the bike ride to the sunset! Kerri was my guide and she was brilliant-- full of life and always happy. I say GO FOR IT!!

The planning and organization put into devising such a tour really was explimentary. I have to leave the majority of my review writing for talking about my tour guide Kerri Hill. Kerri, my now new close friend, stretched so much further than your 'ordinary' tour guide. I know I speak for the groups entirety when I say how truly lucky we as a group were to find ourselves under the guidance of such an incredible individual. Kerri made everything about our Bali intro trip that extra piece more special. I never once felt that there was nothing I could not ask Kerri for throughout the tour. The level of exceptional professionalism and leadership that she portrayed throughout the tour stretches far beyond your average tour guide. Kerri was everything that I hoped for in a tour guide and I strongly believe that she reflects everything that anybody could ever wish for when booking a Bali intro tour. Seeing dolphins and diving with turtles and sharks were just some of the highlights for me. As was the sunrise over mount Batur although slightly more of a challenge! I can't believe it's already over!

I want to thank my group leader Kerri for making my trip so amazing and making me feel so comfortable in Bali when I was so far away from home!! I had never travelled alone before and I was very nervous before coming to Bali as I'm only 18, but I have had the best time ever and have never felt so at home with a group of people that I have never met before! I would recommend this trip to anyone and everyone, there was a mix of people, different ages and from different places. This is a perfect trip to go as your first time away alone, or with friends, or even if you have been so over the world. The experience in Bali is unreal.
