About me:Hello everyone! Here's something you don't know about me I am 25 years old and have been traveling for just under 5 years. I first went to Australia and got my self a van then turned it into a camper van and drove a loop around the country for two years I stopped on the way and found weird jobs that funded the travels. Then I flew to Bali for a month and fell in love with the culture and life style. After I went to Thailand for another month traveling around solo. Then I flew to New Zealand and lived in a dormant volcano working in a travel agent for one year and a half selling people dreams trips. Now I make them dream trips come true in Bali for Balintro <3

Thai intro didnt stop there with all their help they have also helped each individual with the tour to their onward travel sorting out ferries, airfares, and any other weird ways of transport to get to and from our next destinations! We started with an absolutely amazing view about the city of Bangkok, visited two temples, went on a cooking class and experienced the party life of Koh Phangan. My absolutely highlight of the tour was the night in the Khao Sok Nationalpark where we stayed in floating bungalows! This place is one of the best I have ever seen in my entire life. The whole tour was a great success with a great mixture of culture, party and time for yourself. Our guides were perfect and always there for any questions. They helped us with every onwards travel so that we didn't have to worry about anything. I just can recommend this trip to everyone who visit Thailand for the first time and wants to get a great introduction to this beautiful country :-)

All in all, I enjoyed every minute of the tour and I just can recommend this tour for everyone who wants to enjoy Thailand for the first time - party, culture and much more. Hopefully we will see us again, maybe in Vietnam? :-)

When booking with gap360 it was never advise just how easy and stress free it would be when arranging onward travel, Britt and Conar our group leaders have been on point! making the whole trip memorable and the further steps easy going. the build up was worth the wait and im sad it has flown by so quite! the days out are planned to a T and nothing is missed out, open to any questions no matter how big or small... they are part of the group, not just there for guidance. DONT THINK, JUST BOOK! Even if its the first flight out, they will help with the rest! you wont regret it, just as i have not! next stop...

I had such an amazing trip! Apart from the rocky start getting picked up from the airport (just kidding haha) I have loved having everything organised for me. Just being told where to go, what time, g…I had such an amazing trip! Just being told where to go, what time, get on this bus etc etc really took the stress out of my holiday. The guides were absolutely awesome! Brittany and Conar were both so friendly and not afraid to join in the fun which made them more part of the group than just leaders. My favourite day was spent at the Koh Sok national park, which is why I booked the trip, but the time spent with the elephants was a close second. I really appreciate that IntroTravel made the ethical decision not to include elephant riding and am glad I didn’t have to sit the day out.
My only suggestion would be to maybe add more activities whilst on Koh Phangan such as more jungle time and getting to see more markets!
Other than that this trip has been so wonderful and well worth the money :)

OMGGGGG. I almost didn't book this but I'm so glad I did. The places we visited were incredible and the leaders Conar and Simon were HILARIOUSSSSS but they made me feel so safe every step of the way. …OMGGGGG. The tour guides helped us settle in easy and being the only couple seemed daunting. The tour guides made the group mingle and got us all talking quickly. For me the best part of the trip was the floating bungalows, this is something that I wouldn't have experienced without this trip and is out this world. I would like to add that the tour guides made the experience better.

My favorite day was the beach party, island tour and simply hanging out and getting to know the awesome 24 souls in our group. Connor and simon were the best guides and can honestly say two of my favorite lads I’ve met, they are amazing at their job and their passion to show people the time of their lives is extremely evident. They even taught me lessons I will cherish for the rest of my life such as “live in the present”- simon and am tearing up as I write this. I love simon and Connor with all my heart, and just wish there were more people as genuine, loving and passionate as they are.. that will make the works a better place. If anyone is on the fence as I was make the jump I guarantee you will never regret it guaranteed time of your life. Thank you Simon, Connor and all of thai Intro team for the actual best time of my life.

They planned all the logistics so all you had to do was arrive and let the guides take it from there! They even helped us book onward travel after the tour days were over. I recommend booking the 12 day experience because the 9 days just wasn’t enough time in paradise!!

It's hard to pick a favourite day...but I think the day at the floating bungalows at khao sok and the first day relaxing at Sarana followed by the beach party at night were my favourite days. Jess and Conor were wonderful group leaders and friends! They went out of their way to make sure our trip was spectacular and fun-filled. I will definitely recommend Thai Intro to my friends and will hopefully be back for other trips.

This tour would be good for solo and group travellers we were a group of 20 girls and we all got on really well. On the tour we covered lots of places but it never felt rushed, for me the best days were in Lovina when went dolphin watching, snorkelling and meeting the local family and also on gili T island hopping day. You also get free time to do your own thing as well and Conar recommended places to go and things to do in our free time if we wanted to do something. Overall the tour is great, the Accomodation is good and the meals we had included were good especially the one at the local familys house.

Our transport was good. The only foodplace I would change is the place we where eating before we did the ferry to the Gili Islands. That food place was disgusting and the food was even worse. Every thing else was really good, I also loved that we got free time before 14:45 on our secound day on Gili.

We went to his favourite restaurants <3 we visited the most beautiful places in Bali and learnt all about the culture and religions with Mr Wayan the local guide. Balintro owns a villa and we stayed there for two nights we meet the cute dogs and Su showed us around his family's house, had so much coffee and food we also done some basket weaving out of bits of bamboo we chopped up! We got lucky with the nature and see so many Dolphins, monkeys, turtles and fish! Everyone in Bali is super friendly. I would recommend this tour to anyone that wants to go to Bali! I feel I can travel solo after seeing how these guys do it. I'll be doing Veitnam intro next!

The Gili Islands were our favourite by far it's such a paradise. The restaurants suggested were varied and delicious! Both of the restaurants at Changgu was amazing. All accomadation was better than excepted for sure!
Conar kept everyone in great spirits and was super helpful when we both suffered the famous bali belly! His knowledge on the food is great and he's keen love for his job is very obvious 10/10 for him alone. Our honeymoon with a twist was defiantly enjoyable x

The activities on the trip were unforgettable; I have seen and experienced things that I never would have been able to fit into a 9 day trip on my own- it was certainly good value for money.
I really liked having the private minibuses taking us from one place to the next; this was far easier than relying on public transport!
I think the accommodation got better and better as the tour went on- with the Villa in Lovina being the highlight! Mr Su and his family were so accommodating and I feel very privileged to have met them, learning all about their culture and traditions.
The trip was very well organised, we received an agenda from our group leader, Conar Moorey at the beginning, and Conar would update us regularly throughout the day on 'what was next' so we were well informed about times and places etc.
There was never any waiting around, when we arrived at any destination/reached any activity they were always expecting us and were ready to go!
There was also a nice amount of free time for us to explore,relax and do what we wanted! This broke up the trip well!
Conar Moorey, our group leader, was fun, sociable and well organised! As mentioned, Conar did a great job of reminding us of what was next, never bombarding us with too much information at once. Conar did well in integrating everyone within the group, but also appreciated different people's personalities. He also made sure that he captured our trip with lots of group pictures along the way!

I went on the 12 day trip and it was worth every penny. Conar is a brilliant ambassador for Intro Travel. His local knowledge was fantastic. I had an unfortunate incident and needed emergency hospital treatment, Conar stayed with me the entire time, ensuring I was well looked after.
The trip was so well organised, there wasn't a day where we didn't have something exciting to do. In our free time, Conar had plenty of recommendations for things to do, he actually stayed with us in his free time, which meant he didn't actually get a break from us the entire time, poor guy!
Wherever we went, the locals knew him, and clearly love him to bits, as such, they treated us like royalty. Conar gave excellent recommendations of what dishes to try at every restaurant we went to.
Thanks to Conar, I will be booking more trips through Intro Travel. We are actually keeping in touch so that if he changes regions, I'll be ensuring I get booked in with his group in future.
I'd just like to thank Conar and Bali Intro for such an amazing experience and really can't recommend them enough.

It's just so well organised and run that the only decisions you need to make are what you're going to eat off the menu! Not once did I need to worry about travel, accomodation or what I'm going to do for the day.
My tour leader was Conar and he was fab! He instantly settles you, especially when you've flown so far from home, and knew great ice breaker games to really get the group gelling. He knew interesting facts about the place too and not once did I ever see him get agitated or wound up. He was very organised and made me feel at ease, and was always happy to answer any questions, no matter how daft or how often. He clearly has a passion for travelling and living life to the fullest and that definitely reflected in his tour.
There's hardly any criticisms I can give aside from some of the accomodation, particularly in Kuta and in Gili T, had poor bathroom facilities (very weak showers). The shower and lack of bathrooms in Lovina's villa accomdation was sadly a major let down, which is a shame as the accomodation was stunning. Truly the best I've stayed in.
Another criticism is that for activities like surfing, I didn't like that we would leave our stuff unmanned on the beach. Although Conar stressed our stuff would be fine and that there's never been an incident, personally I think there should be lockers or some sort of security for belongings.
Definitely keep the balinese home visit as that was a major highlight - learning how to basket weave was so much fun and the lunch was the best food I've eaten in Bali so far!

I was very disappointed in my tour with Intro Travel as I had done a lot of research beforehand and I knew they had very good reviews. It was our tour leaders first tour (which he lied about and said …I was very disappointed in my tour with Intro Travel as I had done a lot of research beforehand and I knew they had very good reviews. It was our tour leaders first tour (which he lied about and said he had been doing it for a few months) which meant he was totally out of his depths and inexperienced. This lead to an unorganised shambles of a tour. Many people became ill and he did not know how to deal with the situation. We felt like our tour leader was just another person on the tour rather than our leader. Due to his inability to organise the day we missed out on certain parts of the itinerary including the sunset dinner at Single Fin bar. Due to a mix up with the bookings we were "evicted" from our hotel in Gili T and under false pretences moved to another hotel which we were told was better. However this was not the case and in fact the "better" hotel was actually a £10 a night hostel which had not even finished being built yet. This is completely unacceptable and after complaining to Intro Travel we were compensated a mere £60 for our troubles. We felt like this was not enough and deserved a lot more than this. Some people can only get a certain amount of time off work and it is a trip of a lifetime for them. Due to the inexperienced tour leader and mistakes made my Intro Travel our time in Bali was seriously affected. We still managed to have an amazing time despite the inconveniences but that was due to the amazing people on our tour. Other factors to mention were the fact that my bike broke in the middle of Gili T which meant I was left alone in the dark, on a island I knew nothing about and I had no idea where I was going. Luckily I caught up with another girl who's bike also broke however as the tour leader was no where to be found another member of our tour had to come and rescue us. I do not think our tour leader had any idea where we was and luckily nothing happened to us. When some of us were ill our tour leader was more concerned with drinking beer and chatting up girls. Again this is completely unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed in intro travel.

I was greeted and welcomed by Conar at Bali airport on arrival a day before my tour. From the get go I believed he would turn out to be a good leader and it would be an incredible 12 days. I wasn't let down by this premenotion.
From a personal perspective and several from my tour also agree: The tour should have 1 less day in Kuta and have an extra day at the beautiful private villa in Lovina.
You get to meet amazing new people and share life time experiences together. I would recommend doing the full 12 days.
For those that do this tour in the future, you want Conar as your group leader. He remained professional throughout the full tour, spread his time throughout the group evenly, Very knowledgable of local area, always there to help, good laugh, likeable guy and most importantly the best group leader you could ask for.
Bali, Conar and the people on my tour are what made it a highlight of my life thus far.

Our guide collected us from the airport and during the ride over he explained what was in store for us which got rid of my nerves and just made me excited!
The accommodation was on a variety of levels but I enjoyed having a mix to show what it was really like to stay in Bali. The first one in Kuta was very rustic and probably at the bottom of the scale compared to the villa in Lovina which was complete paradise (literally stunning). All of them were completely livable and just added to the experience in my opinion. Staff were extremely friendly in every accommodation and having a pool in each one was great too!
Trying to remember the amount of activities we did is really difficult as there were just so many! Every day I enjoyed the activities more and more. There really was something for everyone. It was amazing being able to experience some of the cultural sides to Bali by walking through the the Rice Paddies and visiting the Balinese family in the plantation. Some of the scenery we experienced was breathtaking with the Waterfall and the Volcano in the Ubud add on. Being an animal lover myself i experienced turtles, dolphins and monkeys which were just amazing. And for the party animals we got a great taste of the nightlife in Kuta and Gili T which was wild and so much fun! I don't think there was one activity I didn't enjoy. Surfing and bike riding were great too and I honestly don't think there was one day where I wasn't impressed! Booking Balintro was completely out of my comfort zone and a whole new experience for me but was without a doubt the best decision I made. The guide was great too and made me feel safe from the second I landed until I left. He was very organised and fun and really added to my experience. Conar brought the whole group together and was very encouraging and enthusiastic. It really wouldn't have been the same without him! As well as my guide I've met some amazing people and experienced so much. Hopefully some friends for life and new travel buddies. Honestly the best two weeks I could of asked for. He was welcoming from the moment he met us at the airport, chatty, accommodating, nothing was too much, he supported us all individually and made the trip so much fun! After using intro travel in December 2015 for the thaintro trip, booking Bali was unquestionable! It was beyond expectations- amazing!! I was lucky to have such a fab group- with so many amazing people! Well priced, well planned out, easy & stress free!!! I didn't want the tour to end! Thank you so much for such an unforgettable 12 days in Bali! Can't wait to book Vietnam now! Once in a lifetime experience - and it was perfect! Xx

We had the perfect balance of free time and structured times and the leader was constantly engaging with the group which definitely made the trip particularly special ... I have made numerous proper friends with who I will definitely Be staying in contact ... Definitely 100% would do again
