When I inquired about the next activity I always received the answer that my guide would be waiting in the hotel lobby or on the ship, a situation that in general did not happen since the driver who spoke Arabic arrived and we understood each other barely and appealing to trust, in some cases we found the guide on the road or in the place of the first visit.
Or like the change of transport to the temple of Edfo where we were waiting for a horse carriage and they came to pick us up in a tuc tuc with a person who did not speak Spanish.
The guides all very well, only with the one of Kom Ombo that gave us the indication to meet us at the entrance of the temple when we arrived the situation was very impressive and when we communicated he had already started the guide with other Spanish-speaking people.
These things that I point out brought us concern and uncertainty since we were in an unknown country with a very different language.
The conclusion, beyond the above mentioned, the company complied with the contract and everything that was added to the excursions.
The hotels and the ship were very well taken care of. The means of transportation (they were personalized since there were only two of us) were of a good level and in excellent conditions.

The organization was sometimes a bit unfortunate, for example we had to wait four hours for a flight in Aswan and once the cruise ship left without us, which could have been their fault. All in all, however, it worked, we had a great week in Egypt with competent guides who were able to give us lots of information about the places we visited.

The itinerary changed once we arrived, and in the last city, Hurghada, we had booked two extra activities that were not included in the package and required additional payment. One of them never took place because no one came to pick us up from the hotel, and our tour operator was unreachable. We did receive a full refund for that activity. For the second activity, the pickup was delayed by two hours due to a mistake with the driver, and we were refunded only 30% of the amount paid.
What truly made this journey special were our tour guides. Marwa, our guide in Cairo, was exceptional—warm, caring, and extremely professional. As two young women traveling together, we felt safe and well taken care of, as she treated us like family and guided us with great knowledge and kindness.
Mohamed, who accompanied us for most of the rest of the trip, was equally wonderful. He was the only person who helped us communicate with the company when we faced difficulties, always stepping in to support us when needed. His professionalism, patience, and dedication made a big difference.
Overall, despite some issues, it was a very memorable trip thanks to our guides and the amazing people we met. I would definitely love to return to Egypt and see them again.

We started in luxury resort Serenity with high quality servise, rooms, food, team were great and helpfull, surrounding breathtaking . After couple days rest we started our 7 nights Nile Cruise . That was very interesting experience , with visiting different temples , and touwn tours . Everything was organised very professionally and no delays. We met in these days many guides and heard about history, quizzes and funny facts, what was very interesting for kids. the boat team were great, polite, and we felt like at home.

The person who met me at the airport was moody - they weren’t holding up the sign and they blamed me for walking right past them! First impression count!!
Nile cruise certainly isn’t 5 star - WiFi is £££ and rooms were dirty. Be prepared to tip for everything, the porters for the cruise are especially greedy, so be prepared to ignore them when leaving the ship with luggage. Fees for all temples were not included too as well as buggy transport, so you’ll need to cover these.

The guides were amazing, friendly, full of information and very passionate about there history. All the drivers and transport were on time for the majority of our tours. Tour Radar seem to run a tight ship and are organised which makes it worry free.
The only issue we had was the cabins on our cruise up the Nile were right at the back over the engines which made the rooms black with diesel fumes and very smelly. We were unable to change rooms. It felt occasionally that we were left with the not so good rooms. We asked to change hotel at one point and they were very accomodating.

Good tour throughout all of Egypt, very friendly and helpful staff, pick ups always worked well, communication provided when asking.

We were met at the airport by a driver and escorted from door to door as we saw the sites in Egypt. If you have concerns about safety please know that we felt safe the entire time. Egypt can be chaotic (especially Cairo) but the guides really know what they’re doing and if you listen to them you will be perfectly fine. This trip has a lot of moving parts but Mostafa was able to seamlessly coordinate our arrivals, drop offs, luggage transfers. I truly felt we could relax and enjoy what we were experiencing. Our guides were incredible- Ahmed in Cairo, Peter in Aswan and Edfu, Mo in Luxor. Very knowledgeable about culture and history, and also helped us navigate minor inconveniences readily (little things like getting my hiking bag through security, once again we always felt safe). I think Ahmed in Cairo gets extra credit for giving us a bit more of a local experience due to the small size of our tour group. I learned a lot, but I also had a ton of fun. Incredible value for the money with full support along the way, everyone down to the drivers were fantastic.
Some words of advice (and these have nothing to do with the tour operator itself)- try to exchange at the airport and always carry local money. Also carry lots of bottled water! People are always trying to sell you things, just say Laa and keep walking and you will be fine. I’d also recommend a good bit of physical fitness, there’s a lot of walking and some climbing involved. We are reasonably healthy and also very excited generally so we were perfectly fine but I’d be mindful if you have any limitations.

As two young female travellers, we were really mindful to pick a reputable and well organized tour company. And we could not have been happier with Egypt Skyway! And we could not have been happier with Egypt Skyway! The organization and quality of the trip was exceptional. Mostafa was available 24/7 to solve any problem or answer questions. All drivers and guides were extremely friendly and took care of us in every situation. We especially want to thank our guides Hana, Taiaat and Mohamed who are all experts in egiptiology and made each excursion so much fun. The nile cruise was amazing (it was only over too fast!), as well as all hotels. We felt safe and welcome at all times.
Only thing we would do differently next time is to choose a flight over the night train to the south of Egypt. The night train was an "adventure" for itself, and we did not get too much sleep during the rocky ride. But that is very subjective, and others might love the train ride! :)
Overall, we are extremely happy with the whole tour and want to thank the whole team of Egypt skyway for the amazing time!

All the contacts ( guides, drivers ...) were all friendly and correct.
All the excursions, the ones that were included and the ones we rebooked were very good.
1 very small minus point: the hotel Saray was more than OK, except for the rooms at the front. These are very noisy, almost impossible to sleep. We asked and got other rooms after the first night. Those were fine. Otherwise it is a nice hotel with very friendly staff a fairly limited food menu, but certainly sufficient for the number of nights we were there and the dishes are tasty.
Egypt itself is obviously a beautiful country and our tour really showed all parts and facets of this country.
